We stayed in The Sunset Loft for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The space was clean and beautifully presented. Super comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, amazing patio. Loved the location and free bikes to use. Great service! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Really cute little motel in a great spot, easy walking distance to the pub, beach, shops and cafés. There’s a saltwater pool and free filtered still and sparkling water, which was a nice touch. Rooms are small but clean and well-kept, with wall-mounted TVs and comfy enough beds although we did have to ask for more pillows after this first night as the ones provided were very thin. Staff were very friendly and helpful during the day. The only real downside is how thin the walls are. First night was fine, we could hear the neighbours but everyone was pretty quiet. Second night, not so lucky. The room next door came back drunk, played music and talked loudly for hours, even after we asked them to keep it down. There’s no staff overnight, so we couldn’t contact anyone to deal with the very rude guests next door. Overall, it’s a cute and convenient place to stay, just be aware noise can be an issue.

Loved this place! The rooms are very cute and very well appointed, like they've really thought about what you need and what you don't. Handy USB charge points next to the bed, places to put your toiletries and a very comfortable bed. Even the gardens are well thought out with stylish cactus and plants in keeping with the 60's era. Walked to the pub for a show and plenty of places in walking distance to grab breakfast or dinner. Free bikes available too. Will be telling all of my friends to book this place.

Would not stay here again. Customer service was terrible. I sent a message to the motel the morning of as my 3 year old had come down with a vomiting bug asking if we could change our dates. All the motel sent me back was a message saying “request declined”. The room was tidy and clean yes but the beds were very uncomfortable, not enough bedding in winter, we had to sleep in jumpers too, the water pressure in the shower was a trickle. Not what you pay $285 per night for in the middle of winter. Thinking back to it we should have just stayed at a nicer hotel or air b and b for that price and that level of service. Rooms were paper thin. Could hear the guests next door talking all night. I was honestly appalled by the blunt message back when we were going through a tough time. Location was great but we wouldn’t stay here again. Reflections is in such a better spot with a better service and amenities!

We couldn't get into the room because the code didn't work and had to wait for a working code to be issued once we were let into the room. We were there 3 nights during which the room was not properly serviced. We could hear traffic noises because it's directly on a main thoroughfare. It's not really close to anything except the BWS. I expected better for the price paid.

Please don’t come to this motel if you want some sleep. First night, these drunk girls couldn’t stop squealing plus running and down the room. The second night at 5am a couple were having a domestic. The women had to keep on shouting, and banging the door shut so much it shook the place. I nearly called the police, but lucky the inconsiderate couple left an hour later. This hotel needs a noise policy and better sound proofing. It’s disappointing as this motel would be okay to stay at.

Excellent stay with family in The Bungalow. Wonderful location , clean well appointed. Great assistance from manager. Transferred to room after adult kids left. Room also very adequate. Very close to all necessities, cafes , restaurants, IGA , BWS all writhing 5 mins walking. Can walk to town centre and beach.Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights and loved the hotel and our room. The hotel renovation is to an excellent standard. It looks nice and all the fittings and fixtures appeal to the eye and are practical, especially the large bed. The outdoor area works well and is extremely well maintained. We brought our small dog and he also had a great time.
