One of the best places to stay in the city. The hotel has a charming antique décor and the rooms are beautifully decorated. We booked a room with a balcony and although it was small, the view was absolutely scenic. I highly recommend choosing the breakfast option as it was delicious and worth it. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. This is a perfect spot for a quiet and laid-back vacation, ideal for both couples and families. I would definitely stay here again.

We got upgraded to one of the biggest rooms and the bathroom was huge with a very nice bathtub. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. Lift was abit small but we did not have big luggages anyway. Amazing location with short walk to Champs Elysees with plenty of decent restaurants/cafes nearby. The overall stay was very pleasant. We will definitely consider the same hotel if visit Paris again.

This hotel is in a good location of Paris, the neighborhood is clean, calm and quaint. The hotel is on an inner street so you don’t get much noise from outside. The room is nicely furnished for a vacation, it has a fridge, TV, and a spacious bathroom (considering it is Paris). Minus one star for advertising there’s air conditioning but not operational during spring time, only in the summer. When I booked the hotels for my vacation I specifically looked for hotels with elevator and AC as I like to sleep with air circulation and cooler temperature. The hotel’s answer was to open a window or take the fan offer, which I did, but having a fan blowing on your face ain’t fun.

Good boutique hotel for couples or tourists. The staff is really nice and the property is a quaint one in the side streets. The rooms are a bit small but well furnished. I would not say it is a business hotel but for vacation people. Breakfast is nice.||The only downside is the bathroom is next to the bed and there are no walls between some new design but was not for mw :)

We recently stayed at the Chalgrin Hotel near the Arc de Triomphe. Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The room was the size we had booked, with a nice view, clean floors, and a spotless bathroom. The air conditioning worked excellently, which made the stay comfortable.Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor throughout our visit, which was frustrating. Service-wise, the staff on our last day were friendly and helpful, leaving us with a good final impression. However, our check-in experience was quite the opposite—Alain, who was at the front desk, came across as unwelcoming and very hands-off. Afid, on the other hand, was much more approachable and kind.In summary, a decent stay in a great location, but with some inconsistencies in service and poor Wi-Fi that could be improved.

The Chalgrin was absolutely lovely! Room was clean, bed was a great size and super comfortable, and the washroom was also great. The staff were very kind and friendly. Overall great experience!

Update - Chalgrin did give me a less than 10% refund and apologized. They said this is not the normal service or condition of the hotel. Providing transparency on review.|June 2025|Do not stay here. It’s not a 4 star hotel Keys didn’t work, toilet didn’t work on 2nd day and after hours and hours finally came and couldn’t fix it. We had to move ourselves to another room with NO balcony this time - balcony not guaranteed. Don’t stay here.

We (me and my 10 year old daughter) spent 3 nights here so we could experience Paris. My daughter has neurological issues which means that she regularly goes into paralysis and needs to use a wheelchair. We contacted the hotel ahead and they were amazing. They put ramps out for us and helped with the lift. The breakfast was sooo good and my daughter said she would definitely give them 5 stars. The staff were really nice and went over and above to make sure our stay was happy. It was my daughter's birthday whilst we were there and they left a personal note in the room for her along with some balloons and yummy cake. It was so thoughtful and my daughter felt very happy and special receiving this.|The location was less than 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe and easy access to the north west of Paris, the Seine, Eiffel Tower and The Louvre.|We aren't able to use the Metro due to the sensory issue my daughter has so we walked everywhere and she needed her wheelchair most of the time. It didn't take away from an amazing experience. We had a DK guide book and the map was very easy to follow. |I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely hotel.|A big thank you to all the staff, we had a lovely time.
