The most beautiful place! A perfect relaxing end to our time in Vietnam. Beautiful accommodation, set in the most wonderful landscaped gardens with a stunning pool. Two top class restaurants on site, the most pristine beach, the whole thing is just five star. The resort has thought of everything - down to the free ice cream on the beach and the hand delivered chocolates to your spacious bungalo each night. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much bother. With only 19 private bungalos, it felt as if you had your own private space, was never busy, wonderfully tranquil and welcoming. We had a good look round and it is head and shoulders above any other accommodation in Phan Thiet.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Retreat – Serenity, Warmth and Luxury Combined We ended our Vietnam journey with a stay at Cham Villas in February 2025, and it was one of the most memorable highlights of the entire trip. The resort carries a unique sense of calm and refinement, offering an atmosphere that feels intimate, genuine, and beautifully cared for. We stayed in a private section of the property, with a gorgeous room and access to a semi-private pool shared by only three guests. This added an extra touch of exclusivity and peace — the kind of quiet luxury that makes you slow down, breathe deeply, and savor every moment. The entire villa area was immaculate, surrounded by lush tropical gardens maintained with remarkable attention to detail. What truly sets Cham Villas apart is the spirit of the staff. Every interaction felt heartfelt. The team takes visible joy in making guests feel welcome and appreciated. This became especially clear on Valentine’s Day, when the resort created an extraordinary celebration: fruits and vegetables carved into intricate artwork, beautifully arranged decorations, and the warmest smiles everywhere you turned. It was thoughtful, genuine hospitality at its best. The in-house massages were exceptionally sensitive and relaxing — delivered with a level of care that made each treatment feel personal and deeply restorative. And of course, the direct access to the beach completes the experience, offering long walks, gentle waves, and the perfect seaside atmosphere you dream of when imagining Vietnam. Cham Villas was a dream from start to finish — serene, elegant, and unforgettable. A well-deserved five-star experience.

Cham Villas is a wonderful resort, not too many rooms to feel crowded but beautiful gardens and beach access. The ocean is super close, was a little rough to swim in but luckily there is a big pool. The staff was great with our toddler and kindly moved a crib for us to a different rooms that better suited our needs. We had three rooms all clustered together so we all had privacy but weren't too far away. Excellent wifi service, and comfortable rooms. The rooms haven't been updated in awhile like the lightswitches and stuff are a bit old but super clean and seem well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful, so many good choices and all were very delicious. There are also many restaurants just across the street if you want more variety, and the town of Mui Ne is a quick 10-15 min taxi ride if you want to venture out. We explored the Fairy Stream and some dunes while we were there. We would definitely come back! Probably won't anytime soon since it's quite a long trip but if you're thinking of staying in this area, I highly recommend.

This is wonderful resort. It is small reosrt but their service is big, warm, friendly.....||It’s like a tropical paradise. And you just need to think you are thirsty and someone appears at the beach. The staff and manager are super friendly and will take care of everything.||Pool is large and their beach front is the best in the area. Not crowded. Many hotels here don’t have such a nice beach same Cham Villas. We make sure come back again many time in the future, high recommend

Along Nguyen Dinh Chieu - the ugly, endless and tourist-exploited street with fluorescent lights and signs in Russian - this paradisiacal, quiet and clean oasis opens up. An absolutely fantastic and comparatively affordable resort with delicious food, impeccable service, the most beautiful pool area and the best beach area. |We stayed six nights in a beachfront villa each and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. No brand new trendy decor, standard marble from the 1990s, but everything you need including a spacious terrace with a daybed. |The resort also has a German restaurant on the street side, which was much better than it sounds and turned out to have the best food in the neighborhood. |I can't think of anything to complain about; well, maybe a smoking section with a couple of chairs on the lawn outside the Cham Gardens restaurant would make more people choose to have dinner there. And maybe they could take down the ugly rope with German flags on the beach - even if the co-owner is German, we are in Vietnam after all... But those are just insignificant details. |After checking out, we were even given a packed lunch to have on the car transport into Saigon. |I will definitely return.

A beautiful and quiet paradise resort. We stayed in one of the private villas with its own pool. A great choice if you are with a few other couples. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Beach was easily accessible from our room. Top class resort. Highly recommend .
