I feel the need to share my recent experience at your store, as it has left a lasting impression—though certainly not the one I was hoping for.
On [11/21/25], I arrived at 12:00 PM, anticipating the doors to open as advertised at 12:00 PM. Regrettably, the store remained closed until approximately 12:30 – 12:45 PM, thereby delaying my schedule and that of other patrons. During this time, a young gentleman identified as Jewish was notably abrupt and dismissive, which many might interpret as rudeness.
Furthermore, I was dismayed by the perceived discrepancy in pricing, which gave the impression of an overcharge. Such practices, if unintentional, undermine the trust essential to a lasting customer relationship.
In light of these observations, I would recommend a review of staff training protocols (particularly in customer interaction and punctuality) and a verification of pricing policies to ensure alignment with advertised rates.
