Good taste slow service good offer from zomato,,,,

Comfort Inn is no more like before. I am coming to Comfort INN sys for more than 5 years for both Pavilion and Chameleon for more than 20 times and it was always my favourite. My last 3 visits in this 3 months was extremely bad in terms of service and staffs behaviour(all staffs which includes service staffs, receptionist, managers, unnecessary bouncer and the person at the counter) And there is not even single local Kannada staffs. All these new staffs are so rude, purposely bill it wrong, argues with customers, no basic communication skills, so many scams in billing. But still the food quality and taste is good as like before. Cleanliness and hygiene is good.

Great place. Friendly staff. Many offers available. Very clean. Outdoor seating available. Poolside seating also available. Ambience is good. All orders are attended on time. All modes of payment accepted. Loud music with colourful ambience. Easy to locate. Parking available. Would definitely recommend this place.

The prices that you see on Swiggy / Zomato when booking a table is less but when you come to the restaurant you would be surprised to see the prices are much higher. Prices are exorbitant that matches a 5 star hotel but service, food and ambience don’t match even a 2 star hotel

Fun bright indoor ambiance and nice outdoor area with a Bangalore skyline view! We had the mutton cutlets, ghee roast & biryani - each dish was fab! Really chill place to hang out for good food at good prices

It is quite good but needs a little more staff to handle the crowd. Also expensive but if you book through dine out app it'll be a blast in discount we got a 50% off so do check.

Below average experience, priced too high for the ambience, AC not working, no much variety on drink menu, place doesn’t have beer…people are clueless when asked for.

Price is not as advertised on online platforms. Menu is very different in terms of pricing.
