Comfort Inn is no more like before. I am coming to Comfort INN sys for more than 5 years for both Pavilion and Chameleon for more than 20 times and it was always my favourite. My last 3 visits in this 3 months was extremely bad in terms of service and staffs behaviour(all staffs which includes service staffs, receptionist, managers, unnecessary bouncer and the person at the counter) And there is not even single local Kannada staffs. All these new staffs are so rude, purposely bill it wrong, argues with customers, no basic communication skills, so many scams in billing. But still the food quality and taste is good as like before. Cleanliness and hygiene is good.

Great place. Friendly staff. Many offers available. Very clean. Outdoor seating available. Poolside seating also available. Ambience is good. All orders are attended on time. All modes of payment accepted. Loud music with colourful ambience. Easy to locate. Parking available. Would definitely recommend this place.

Fun bright indoor ambiance and nice outdoor area with a Bangalore skyline view! We had the mutton cutlets, ghee roast & biryani - each dish was fab! Really chill place to hang out for good food at good prices

Below average experience, priced too high for the ambience, AC not working, no much variety on drink menu, place doesn’t have beer…people are clueless when asked for.

It is quite good but needs a little more staff to handle the crowd. Also expensive but if you book through dine out app it'll be a blast in discount we got a 50% off so do check.

I visited Clinders With My Cousins For Dining The Good Was Good But The Alchole Didn't Fulfill With Satisfaction

It's always a mixed experience of good and worst time here ! Ambience is cosy and unstructured ! Balcony sitting is really comfortable with privacy however there is no music there ! Inside there is loud music but cheap crowd and no proper seating too ! They have offers going on but apart from the offers there is nothing else at this place ! Service is beyond horrible ! Ask them to clear and table, they wil stil miss something to be cleaned and we wil need to cal them again and get it sorted ! Very poor management and they need better training and customer handling experience ! Food options are minimal and over pricy for the kind of delicacies they serve ! The bartender at the counter is highly insensible ! They served us a beer with a dead fly in it and refused to exchange it ! After a long debate he got a new one ! Over all this place is a huge disappointment due to lack of effective management !
