Chamiers Cafe

We had a lovely experience. The food was great and the ambience was perfect for a cozy night. We tried the Beef tenderloin burger, Carbonara pasta, a chicken quesadilla and a burn basque cheesecake. Really loved the wedges that came with the burger. Everything was delicious.

Food is good and offers a range of options. Not to mention, people would love the atmosphere here. It could be a comforting nook for you amidst a hustle and bustle of the city life. Tea was way better than coffee. Coffee beans they are using are a wee bit on an acid and stronger side with no delicate notes of nuts or chocolate. I recommend main courses and some side menus.

A relaxed place for a lazy reading day with amazing coffee and good food. The place has different sections of seating. Ground floor has women's boutique and first floor has a men's wear section, women's jewellery and cafe. The cafe itself has two partitions. One with beautiful chairs and meant for a date brunch or casual meetings. The second section is more cozy with books lined on shelves and cushioned chairs and sofas. Pick any book you like, read for how ever long you want. Their selection of breakfasts and coffees are definitely worth more visits. Hosts and servers are friendly and helpful with any queries about the menu. The waiting time is fairy short in the mornings but lunch rush will have you waiting for at least twenty minutes. But it's worth all the waiting. Definitely hungry to try more dishes!

Lovely ambience. We were really surprised how cozy it was. Food choices were great. Absolutely one of our favourites now to visit often.

This is hands down my favourite cafe in Chennai, no matter how many places I always come back here. I also absolutely adore the cats<3

My review of the food and place: Weekday-Dinner: 2 pax 1) Buttermilk Fried and Marinated Tenders: 3/5 2) Sundried Tomato and Pesto Sandwich: 3/5 3) White Chocolate and Strawberry Cake: 3.5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Service: 1/5 The ambience and lighting is really good and it sets the correct vibe. The food is decent but the service is horrible. There is no attention and it kinda comes as rude. There should be atleast some energy comeon. The only time I saw some enthusiasm is when they are giving the bill.

This is a genuine experience i had with this place. Visited with 3 other friends and was surprised why this place had so much of hype. It has may be lost its charm from before. Atmosphere was looking very normal and not maintained properly. Menu have to be updated because it was so boring. We wanted to try their coffee and tried it and the person working there was asking us thats it for 2 coffees! His expectation was that we will all have something to eat and the reaction he gave was his disappointment that the order is just 2 coffee. And then the coffee came and that was even worst. Service was pathetic they are choosing their customers who they want to be nice with and others are just left out. I asked for a glass of water to the guy who was like a manager. He saw me, and he came passed my table for something else but refused to get that glass of water. Even if he was the owner of that place, he could still get a glass of water since it is a basic request. So if you go here you have to order a lot and that's exactly how much respect you will get in return. Trust me on this, i regret the 600₹ i spent in this place because the attitude that this place is carrying is not worth my 1₹. Will definitely not recommend whatsoever and will definitely want people to know so they wont be treated wrong. We spend money and the money is ours, so we can choose a place where we will be valued and given good service and quality food. I now believe all the reviews that had one star ⭐️ are absolutely customers experience and not fake ones. Also not to forget the toilet was horrible for the expensive dishes and coffee they sell. Pathetic with no tissues and basic cleaning. Do Not Visit if you want a good experience.

I had the full English breakfast which was really great. It was presented really well and came super quickly as well. We also tried the cheese and jalpeno southern style waffles. This was stuff within the waffle and tastes good. The filter coffee and orange juice were also good. The ambience and service is also very good. Nice place to go for a meal in Chennai.
