Chamiers Cafe

We visited Chamiers Cafe on a weekday morning for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The omelette with mushroom and cheese, served with toast, was cooked perfectly — soft, flavorful, and satisfying. The pesto sandwich was crispy and packed with fresh, herby flavor, making it a great savory option. The cappuccino complemented the meal nicely with its smooth texture and balanced taste. The cafe has a great ambiance — cozy, elegant, and ideal for a relaxed breakfast or casual meet-up. Overall, it’s a lovely spot with good food and atmosphere. Would definitely come again.

Today Saturday 15 November 2025 in the morning I was craving a Western breakfast, had searched extensively online for an option, and saw hope in the abundance of photos and good reviews. I took a taxi from my hotel, which serves the same breakfast every day that I'd been avoiding for the past few days. But when I arrived at Chamiers Cafe, it was a perfect experience—I enjoyed it so much! “I feel emotionally happy again!” Fantastic! Thank you! After a delicious chocolate cake and coffee, I continued my way.

Amazing experience. This place has a good menu and the food was excellent. We ordered the Sweet Potato fries, Creamy Pesto, Flame grilled chicken with mushroom sauce and American pancakes with choco chips and maple syrup. Every was very delicious. The seasoning wasn’t overpowering. The highlight for our brunch was the sweet potato fries. It was well cooked and the pancakes were fluffy with and the chocolate was the right amount in it.

Chamiers Cafe is a beautiful cafe in Chennai that offers both atmosphere and eats. Its a relaxed vintage victorian-style cafe, with soft-lighting textured drapes, wicker chairs - perfect for long chats & romantic dates. You could even drop in with a book or just unwind quietly.

Very calm and neat space for any kind of hangout. Work friendly too! I have a very mixed opinion in food, yes it is overpriced and veg pizza was way too cheesy, sea food pizza was too bland. Only the arabiata pastas were enjoyable but also with extra tanginess. Dessert varieties are as same as wild garden cafe and the taste was 👌🏻. Luxury with a very very average dining and unresponsive service; Keeping the restrooms and washrooms downstairs did not feel very hospitable. Couldn't recommend for a good meal.

The first restaurant I like Alfredo Fettuccini is so good I love caesar salad pepper pizza.

This is hands down my favourite cafe in Chennai, no matter how many places I always come back here. I also absolutely adore the cats<3

The place has some sort of old restored building vibe. It's fully filled with black and white pictures, the mild music was soothing to hear(felt like taken back in time). The food arrived almost instantly. The pumpkin soup felt bit liquidy. The fish starter was really amazing, it felt very fresh and instantly melted in our mouth. We ordered the pasta of the day, it was one of the best, we've ever had. The bluebery smoothie was fantastic. Looks like i'm exaggerating a bit but the it was worth it. Could be a bit on the pricer side though. They do have valet parking. They have some sort of stores in the ground floor.
