I had a terrible experience at Champs trying to return a pair of unworn shoes with the original receipt. We went to the store twice, and both times the employees seemed completely clueless about how to process a return or exchange. On our second visit, the cashier called the manager and was very unprofessional, discussing our situation openly right in front of us. She even said, 'They came a few days ago to return this, but it’s not showing up???'
Frustrated, we ended up going to FOOTLOCKER instead, where the employees were shocked that Champs couldn’t figure out a simple return. We also called Champs’ customer service, and they confirmed there was no reason why the return couldn’t be processed. We asked the cashier to call IT help desk, and she said “they will talk to me like im dumb& the store is closing in like 15 minutes so there’s no point”
This store seriously needs to train their staff better.
