Alexis is so helpful with the best attitude ever! She helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for 30 minutes. After an hour I had regrets and came back to exchange them for my original choice. I was nervous about being annoying but Alexis didn’t make me feel that way at all. You can really tell she’s a great person. Will definitely be back for a second pair soon!

Jayme had an AMAZING customer service, she was wonderful. She was very attentive and super helpful with what I asked for. Will for sure look for her next time I shop at Champs!!

For the most part, we had a good experience. We found the shoes we were looking for and most of the employees were pleasant and helpful. When we went to checkout, the cashier was very rude and asked my husband to back up saying “Can you give us a minute?” when he got in line, so she could continue talking with her friend.

If this is the champs in galleria mall. They have the worse costumer service ever!! Very rude young kinds working there. I love champs but will not shop there again till that gets fixed…

Went to get my son shoes yesterday and had the worst experience. Shanice has the worst customer service I have ever seen. She is beyond rude and walks around like she hates her job. I told my son to go ask her for a size she heard me and walked away quickly to the other side of the store. When it was time to check out she rudely grabbed the box from her co worker and dropped the box on the floor. She then picked it up and threw it on the register. She never spoke to us instead she began to speak to her co worker who was across the store. My son was very upset because he loved the shoe box and now it has a dent. I will never step foot in that store again you do not feel welcomed from the moment you walk in.

Wonderful customer service loved it Jasmine was so quick to what I was looking for amazing job . Will definitely be coming back .

This location needs help with their customer service skills. I've frequented this store 2 times in a week and BOTH times, different shifts of workers and NONE of them really there to "work". If I approach you with a shoe I'm interested in or apparel wear and you turn the other direction to avoid me...then why are you there to "work"??

We probably could have spent a lot more than we did when we were there, but we loved the selection. We never did get approached to see if we needed anything, but the gals at the counter were nice when we checked out. I thought the bags that they put the merchandise in were cool! 😎

I got to give the store a high-five and a five star review. They have some great folks that work there that are very helpful and will do whatever they can to help you find what you want to. Some of my other favorite things about champs at Northpark mall or that they have a fantastic selection and fairly reasonable prices. There is a huge Nike and under armor selections here in both shoes and outerwear. If Nike or under armor are your brands or anyone on your shopping list brands you probably need to know about and shop at the store. They carry children's shoe sizes from 4 1/2 up and all sizes of adults men and women's shoes. They seem to have things in their selection that are exclusive to their store though I cannot promise you that is true. What I can tell you is if they have selections that I have not seen at any other store.

Solid selection of shoes but boy I can't find solid black Nike Roshe to save my life. They always have great deals on shoes and each location offers some options each shoe lover will love.

I know the L-shaped bar is big, but there's only 12 people sitting around it. Who is the little bartender girl sleeping with that she can get away with ignoring people trying to give her money?! Yes, it was THAT bad. We met some people there after Oktoberfest--which was tons'o'fun. We sat at the bar. The place was not super busy. The bartender gal had 4-5 folks--looked like regulars--on one end of the bar and about 6-7 of us on the other end. Three guesses where she stayed. And I know the regulars are her 'bread and butter' but there won't be any new regulars if she doesn't take care of her customers. One of the guys in our group decided to buy a round of shots. We finally waved her down and after going through a list of liquors they did NOT have, finally settled on whatever her best shot is with whiskey--I know that's a toughie. She looked at us and said, "Well, what do you want." I don't know a single bartender that couldn't field that request. They might have asked if you like sweet shots or some such thing. This girl was NOT a bartender, she wasn't even a good waitress. She tried to put other peoples stuff on our tab. When we tabbed out she tabbed out our whole group. There was no communication and no service. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he totally took her side. He went and spoke with her. When he returned to us he asked specifically what she did and kind of took her side. I guess that answers question number one up there. Anyway, terrible service and we won't be back. And that's sad because we are in Addison a lot and were looking for a place to relax.

I love this Champs. I know it's an outlet (I think) so most items are clearance. Therefore, they have really cheap prices for clothing. Everytime I go there I find many Nike, Addidas and other brand t-shirts for 4~6 dollar range. Lots of the t-shirt are kinda old style but sometimes if you really dig into shopping, you'll be end up finding decent t-shirts. Yeah, for really cheap prices.

POT HOLES RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF STREETS, EVERYWHERE. No literally, EVERY FREAKING WHERE! Driving car here is like a game of PacMan, dodging pot holes to avoid car damage. Apparently they invested all the money in renovation of swimming pool which they don't bother to clean and maintain any more. Water stands on roads frequently when the sprinklers are turned on or may God forbid when it rains. Sprinklers are like Fire Hydrant. They don't sprinkle, they have a water jet which literally destroys the grass and makes the whole area muddy. The streets are nasty as hell. Best part is actually the maintenance. I called the 24 hours emergency contact phone number once in 2 years because I got locked out. Guess what, no body picked. Asked me leave a message to which I complied. Left the complete, name, Apartment number and the reason of call. No body called bilaterally or came to help. Had to stay out that night. Next day the lady just said , " Oh you forgot to mention Phone num."

Pretty decent Champs location...they have a lot of local team items (Mavs, Cowboys, Rangers, Stars) and several items that would be hard to come by in the DFW area that have nothing to do with Texas sports. Location in the Galleria is on the top level and is fairly easy to get in and out of...I make most of the Mavs shirt purchases here, rather than the Mavericks store at Northpark.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the Customer Service and online chat departments of Champs Sports. Why shop at a store like this when one can shop on Amazon or at Nordstrom and get strong after-the-sale service, especially when we are talking about a defective shoe. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced.
