Never again will I order online again, which the order was actually placed inside the store and I'm enduring 3 weeks of silence. It was a gift for my husband and I was told it'll take 3 to 5 business days via email. They told me that twice. LAWD.... to add insult to injury I can't get tho to customer service.

STEPHANIE STEPHANIE STEPHANIE. How are you a manager. Who trained you!?! You're tone with people is beyond rude. Young lady you must learn some grace and tact when dealing with customers. Coming in to receive a refund for an online order. Not sure where your hostility came from. Upon inspection she tells me that the shoes are Un sellable....? How? When I ordered them online tried them on in my home once. She says they had lint balls in them. They literally were still factory tied. Assuming I was there to just get money she not only had a hostile tone but was very loud and rude. I told her not to speak to me that way and she said I'm sorry that's how I talk...first off I am a customer... I do not care how u speak in you're normal day to day life. When you come to work especially in management, you have to become professional. Then she says yes ma'am over and over is a loud condescending tone. Offers me a gift card instead of my money back. The shoes were in perfect condition. The assistant manager who in my opinion should be running the store was kind and gracious and apologized for her behavior. Said the shoes looked fine to him but since it was "her store" he could do anything and to just send them back and I'd get my refund. Champs sports please don't allow childish wanna be ghetto disrespectful people to run ur stores. It just a bad look. This young lady should be demoted and re trained for her own sake and the reputation of your stores. I'm appalled how rude she was within one minute of the conversation. To any future customer... go in I dare u and deal with miss Stephanie ... it will be good like a scene from the Maury show... better yet she's like the "catch me outside girl"
