Visited this place for the second time. Atmosphere was amazing, food was good, we enjoyed the lamb chops, the spicy wings and spicy mogo chips for starters and the goat curry and rice was tasty for mains. Service was alright. Great choice of beers on tap with plenty of variety to choose from. Plenty of large screen tv’s showing the live sports. Overall I recommend this place and will be back in the future! 😊

This is a very unusual venue. It’s like a huge pub but an Indian restaurant. Sort of. Firstly, the car park is huge. Oddly huge. There is an enticing smell of Indian food. Secondly, from the outside it looks like a pub with with restaurant features, like glass double doors at the entrance. Then, when you go in it is like a pub with a bar but people are eating Indian food at chairs & tables, and then there are huge sports screens. It seems to work. Feels like a locals place with regulars. A pint of Asahi was only £5.20, which was cheap, though you do have to pay for your food as you order it from the waitress. A bit odd. The staff are very friendly and the food is pretty good. Not great, but good. I do t know what the two bottles of sauce were and I have no idea if the car park will result in a fine. I’d go back, I think.

They must visit One in Warsaw. I've been to this place a couple of times and it's absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend.

Visited Champy’s Bradford Arms around 17:15 hours and it wasn’t busy at all which was great as on our previous experiences the place is heaving which is already a great sign for a great place. New parking seems great and easily accessible and there was no waiting for a table and we were asked we can sit anywhere. There were sofa booths but the chairs for the tables were awkward and too narrow making sitting on them like sitting on a plank or centuries old furniture, hence we moved to a booth which was much more comfortable. Service was pleasant and prompt and our food arrived quickly. For some reason the food wasn’t as good as before, not sure whether it was the time of the day or change of chef, but it was missing oomph to it. Visited the mens toilet and it was out of soap so couldn’t wash my hands so I had to go back to my car to get a hand sanitiser. There was no sign of desserts so we opted to go next door. Good visit but could be better.

First time and food was decent and service was good, it’s what you expect from a mixy. Parking was easy which was good. Just wish it was a little more cleaner and tables and seats wiped down properly. Other than that you get what you came for.

Champy's Bradford Arms is an institution, and after finally visiting, I completely understand why. This family-run place has been perfecting the "Desi Pub" experience since 1988, and it shows . The atmosphere is buzzing, relaxed, and unpretentious, with large screens showing live sports . The food is the absolute star. I ordered the mixed grill, and it was simply perfection—juicy, tender, and packed with that authentic, smoky flavour . So many reviews call it the "best mixed grill around," and I have to agree . The fish pakora and crispy wings are also must-tries . The portions are generous, and the value for money is incredible; we left completely stuffed without breaking the bank . The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even though the place was packed . It's clear why people travel from all over the Midlands to eat here . If you haven't been, do yourself a favour and go. You will not be disappointed!

What a fab place, this was our first visit here and would definitely go back, the food was stunning - the grill platters are amazing - lots on there and the food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, the meat was juicy and well cooked, the different curries were also top notch with plenty of meat and sauce. Nice friendly staff, they come and take your order and you pay before the food arrives. You also go and help yourself to plates, cutlery, napkins etc. There is a well stocked bar and seating for just drinks, also plenty of outdoor seating. It does get very busy in here! There is a large car park at the side but be careful of the road surface, there are a few potholes. Definitely worth checking out, stunning food!

Food was overall decent, very desi taste to it, it can be a hit and miss, does the basics relatively well, Krispy prawns mid, vibe and atmosphere is nice, decently priced, quick service

An awesome gem in Walsall. Probably the better of all the indian BBQ pubs in Walsall area. They serve a selection of good draught beers with some good whiskys also. The food is very good, the portions are small but the prices are cheap so that makes up for it. The taste of the mix grill and curries is very authentic. They have 2 bars, a small beer garden and a dining area also.

So this is the 4th 'indian barbecue' pub I have been to. So far this is the biggest one, from the front it is deceiving as you walk through to a big, light dining area. We we on a Sunday early evening so it was busy but we managed to get a table for the six of us ok. I would recommend booking if there were any more then six of you though. So as for the food, we ordered enough for 4 of us to be absolutely stuffed for just over £30. This was for the large mixed grill, chips, two curries and 4 naans. All very tasty. The keema curry was a bit too spicy (all four of us agreed) which was a shame as it took away the enjoyment of the other tasty food a little. Overall very flavoursome and fresh though! I'm giving four stars as the dining area was quite loud and chaotic and there wasn't waiter service. I would give back though!

One of or if not THE best pub for Indian style BBQ food. Nice selection of drinks and atmosphere. Overall a great night can be had with friends, work colleagues or family. Excellent food and service. If you like your curry and BBQ style food it's the place to be any night of the week. The venue itself is easy to get to just off the M6 J9. Also the venue has benefited from an extension to the eating area so there's plenty of room for big parties or big families to come and enjoy the food.

Great place to eat, luckily a local from my workplace. Food is great. Drink prices are very reasonable with a very good selection of beers and spirits which you won't find in most pubs. They even serve some alcohol free beers and ciders (my brother abstains). I would recommend the Crispy Chicken Wings and Goat on the Bone as well as the garlic naan. Food starts from 4pm ish and is served till around 11pm from the kitchen. Getting a table between 7 and 9pm is pretty difficult on the weekend, so either arrive early or just be happy with drinks until you find a table.

If you know what you like then this might not be the place for you. The chicken wings and kebabs looked good but the curry's were poor - over salted and not as ordered. Small portions. There's lots of good feedback but our table of 6 absolutely found the opposite. The Masala fries were inedible because of over salting and the Pathia (not on the menu) a dish that was a guesstimate at best. When people say a place is "amazing" it doesn't always mean that you will have the same experience. I politely let the waitress know and she seemed concerned but then no one came to see what was the problem, so once I returned home I instant messaged the owners and they read it straightaway but they also couldn't be bothered to respond. It's busy and loud, really loud but it's like one of those places people swear by until they taste something better and then they realise it was only average at best. Try Harry's in Lye, that can be loud as well but the food is awesome, or Chandni Chowk Handsworth
