The staff were incredibly friendly and even took the time to show me how to cut paper using their knives. The quality surpasses that of well-known brands in the same price range.

The shop is located at north entrance. I parked at the south side - it was a good walk. I went in to look for an all purpose Chinese knife. The lady greeted me. Introduced me to a few kind of knifes, different size, different handle etc. Very helpful in helping me decide. Price is good too. I have seen the same knife for higher price at some other shops in downtown Toronto. Overall I would recommend this place if you are looking for decent Chinese knifes.

I ordered some knives to be delivered to my home by calling them. Although they don’t have an online store, CCK knives are hard enough to come by, so I was completely okay with calling to order them. They arrived in a few days in damaged, and sharpened! The sharpness was a surprise - it’s as sharp, if not a little sharper than I manage with my 61HRC Santoku on a whetstone

I came here right around 11am. Which is the time it stated that it will open but no one was there. Then I look at the review someone stated that they are closed at all hours. Hard to tell when they are open. lol. A lady came around 11:30am. The lady was very nice. So if you want to make sure someone is here come around noon.

I purchased a small soy sauce dispenser. After a week of use, the rim between cylinder and Cone junction start to rust. It is definitely not "stainless" steel

Ordered a cleaver by phone from out of province. Service was extremely polite, helpful and precise. Shipping prices quoted were exact and the item was shipped at the first available opportunity. CCK products are legendary for their design, practicality and reasonable cost. Very happy to deal with this supplier.

Fantastic little store for Chinese cutlery and cookware. Tiny place, stacked full of excellent products. Came in looking for a slicing cleaver, and was immediately shown a great selection of CCK knives. I hear this is the only physical location for this maker outside of Hong Kong. Service was quick and friendly and I love my knife.

This is a great place to buy a classic Chinese cleaver from one of the most recognized brand. The storekeeper was patient and very knowledgeable. I'm a home cook who's quite picky about my knives. As soon as started inquiring about their cleavers, the storekeeper asked me how I typically use my cooking knifes. I have a collection of french knives and a western meat cleaver. I was looking for a knife that is better weight for slicing as well as everyday Chinese cooking. She recommended one of their popular models to me. I did some research before my visit. Her recommendation matched I would have picked myself. We went on to talk about difference aspects of their cleavers. The pros and cons of a wooden vs. metal handle. How to pick a size that matches the size of the person. Sharpening angle of the blade. Stamped vs forged steel. On every topic, the storekeeper was to the point and patient. It was clear that she knows their products well. She even helped me look for a cleaver that has their older, stamped logo instead of the newer laser etched one. If you are picky about your knives, lives outside Hong Kong and looking to invest on a quality Chinese cleaver. Take a trip to the Pacific Mall and visit this store.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Visited the store from NY with friends on Saturday 9/3/2022. Purchased 7 knives in total among the 3 of us. Returned to NY and used the knife for the first time on Wednesday 9/7/2022 and the knife chipped as shown in the picture. Extremely disappointed! Called the store to express my concern, and the lady said she'll pass the message. Not even an apology! For a renowned store to have such low quality product and no customer service at all. "Chan Chi Kee" is a famous brand for Chinese style cooking knives in HK. If you're looking to buy a ​durable Chinese style cleaver or if you want to know more what kind of tools that a Chinese restaurant uses, then it is a must go place. This store does not only sell clever, but they also​ have most Chinese​ cooking cutlery and utensils, chopstick, wok and pots, and baking molds and tools. The staff is very knowledgeable​ and friendly. By the way, this store is next to the North Entrance inside Pacific Mall.

Tiny little kiosk in the mall, but a BIG selection of Chinese kitchen products and good service. Love my Chinese chef's knife!

Horrible client service. If you're gonna patronize this establishment ONLY deal with the owner Dixon Chan. All the other (female) staff know absolutely NOTHING, ZERO about the store, the products, models, ZIP - nothing. I had spoken to Dixon 3 mos ago to purchase a BBQ rosewood handle chopper, stainless steel cleaver. Unfortunately, when I came Dixon was out for an hour. Instead I got an older female attendant around 60 yrs old, maybe older. OK, I thought she can help me out. Instead she knew nothing, did not want to look up cleaver models, said outright they didnt have it at first. Then claimed everything I said was wrong. You can believe I was upset and about to blow-up! The incompetence is unreal. You work in a specialty shop in knives by CCK and you know NOTHING - except how to take the cash!!! This lady shud be fired asap. It was like gritting teeth and holding my temper in for 30 min while I was in the store. Nothing against CCK products. It's just HER. Pathetic!! Really hope Dixon is reading this.
