Chana Place

For my first visit to Chaing Mai I chose this hotel. ||Everyone who worked there was helpful and made the check in process smooth and easy. |If I needed something for my room it wss taken care of immediately. ||The room I had was a queen and it was spacious and immaculately clean upon arrival. A large fridge was provided in the room as well as a TV. A nice closet to hang your clothes for longer stays is also in the queen room. ||The hotel is easy to get to from the airport. Either by the airport bus or taxi this hotel is in the middle of old town and nicely situated to many of the local attractions and markets. ||I'll choose this hotel again when I come back to Chaing Mai.

It’s a family own small apartment that now becomes an affordable hotel. The building is quite old and compact. However, you can see their affords keeping everything clean and ready. The stuffs are very helpful and friendly. There may be not many toiletries but you can always ask the front desk including hair dryer and stuffs. Cleanliness and friendly stuffs would be my impression about this place but if I travelled with children this place may be too small. Anyhow, it’s good for the price!

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had an extremely comfortable stay, the room was nice, clean and spacious. You can have your room cleaned daily if you like and fresh bottles of water are provided. Our room had the best shower we’ve had our entire time in Thailand. ||There is a great communal area downstairs where you can hang out. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. ||The location of the hotel is great, right in the Old Town and very close to a night market, 7 Eleven, Pharmacy and many other restaurants etc. This hotel is very good value.

This was our favourite hotel during our travels across Thailand. The staff were so helpful and let us extend our stay several times. The rooms were really spacious and clean, beds were so comfy. There's a nice space to chill downstairs if you have work to do. Location is great, walking distance from lots of nice restaurants. This hotel made our stay in Chiang Mai even better!

We loved this place because they have such a warm and welcoming vibe. They are so super friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable! Ina. Good location also!

Staff very helpful. They have manual laundry machines that can be used. Has a great social place downstairs which seemed to always have people socialising. Semi ok location, very quiet at night.

SCAM DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! I booked through Agoda last minute, I get a message from the owner basically warning me about everything that is wrong with the place and even apologising to me if iv already paid! This then prompted me to immediately contact Agoda less than a hour after booking to cancel asap They refunded my money but now a day later they’ve retaken the money and told me the host didn’t agree to the cancellation! SCAM!!!!

Nice hotel at a good location. Hotel lobby is amazing to sit and chill. Quiet at night, and comfortable rooms. If I go back to chiang mai i will choose this place again. Value for money is very good.
