Chanalai Hillside Resort

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We enjoy swimming in the rooftop pool. The food was great! After having breakfast we walk to the beach and it just few minutes walk. Thank you for a beautiful and excellent staff who always great for us and offer help. We definitely coming back here next vacation.

Everything was amazing in this hotel. The breakfast are great, the workers are so nice and sweet, always smile and say hi. If we asked for something, they always help and make us feel comfortable. Everywhere is so clean. The pools as well. Daily room cleaning. AC works perfectly. We loved everything about this hotel and its workers. Definitely gonna back next year ! Thank you, dear workers for your great and hard job! ❤️

I travel with my friend, the staff are so friendly, They always greets you with a smile. The Room is clean, The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool at the rooftop is the best, we spend our time there everyday. The Beach is just 10mins walk. We really enjoy our vacation and we definitely coming back again with my friend

We booked this hotel last minute. I was worried about it because of location. My wife was pregnant and I though it was away from beach, but it wasn't away from beach. Beach is only 5 minute walk. Hotel has quite location. Our room was wide enough, it was clean, shower was amazing, bath 🛁 is so nice. Our room was cleaned everyday. Beach towels were provided. |When we arrived to hotel, a security lady helped our luggage to take reception. Reception were so friendly. They informed us about hotel and services in the hotel. |Breakfast was so nice, there are something for everyone. Coffee was amazing in the restaurant. We used room service for a few times and we ate in the hotel a evening time once or twice. Food was so nice. I joined theme night. It was on Wednesday I think. There are shops, restaurants, green grocery, massage saloon in the same street. We went used all massage saloon and restaurant in thr street and all were so nice and cheap. |On our last day, our flight was late and we used room till 13:00 and we used shower room to get ready. Reception helped us to arrange transport back to airport. It was cheaper than what we paid from airport to hotel. |We were happy with everything. We already missed everyone in the hotel. I can say all staff ( security, reception, restaurant, kitchen, house keeping, guest service, all ) in the hotel are amazing. They went beyond service always. |We recommend Cappadocia Restaurant in Karon. Food was amazing. Turkish food in Thailand. |Furutta massage saloon was so nice.|The lady in clothes shop in the street was so helpful. |We love Karon Beach too. |I can definitely recommend this hotel. Beautiful rooms and great service ! Cocktails are really tasty. Really enjoyed our stay! The rooftop pool is a plus. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. They will help you with anything you need including organising trips and taxi service.

Service was excellent, staff are really friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary trip, they decorated our room and even free upgraded room for us! It was so lovely and we got room with direct excess to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

good hotel very nice service and the best I highly recommend Hotel. very good location close to the beach even goes next to the hotel to hitchhike with a Thai on a scooter. the food is very good the menu could change from time to time but but overall it was cool I could fly from 0 to 10 a good eight

The rooms are very spacious and pristine, along with comfortable bedding and a luxurious bathroom area! The staff is very friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Facilities are well maintained and the food is amazing. I highly recommend Chanalai Hillside Resort!
