Chanceux Saint-Maur

It was lovely and can't wait to be back! The food was perfect, the people were amazingly helpful and cheerful and very nice! The atmosphere awesome and chill with the perfect amount of noise ♥️ I really missed this kind of place. Can't wait to visit again! 🥂

Great brunch spot not too far from La Republique. Everything is freshly made on and was really tasty.

I was not lucky when we passed Chanceux while hoping to find brunch on a Sunday morning. Although we were seated immediately and the coffee was good, it went downhill from there. I’m actually surprised to see so many good reviews when their breakfast plate is one egg, a couple cuts of baguette, a small tranche de fromage and a couple jambon slices. Needless to say we left both disappointed and very hungry. I do not recommend anything but coffee from this establishment.

This coffee shop is perfect at any time of day. I stayed in Paris for 10 days and discovered this lovely spot in my neighborhood. Each time I came, I felt like I was in the perfect place to enjoy life’s little moments : whether for a coffee, a fresh juice, or a meal. Such a good vibe and a place that truly makes you feel at home.

Amazing food, great atmosphere and really kind service. They even surprised us with a free dessert at the end as a sweet gesture since it was our first time in Paris and this was the first place we walked into.

We were there before shortly 12.00 but when we ordered breakfast we were told that breakfast is over? We were a bit sad, especially because it wasn’t noted anywhere? The mushroom-sandwich is very oily and took ages to make, would bot recommend it to anyone. Coffee is good and the cafe is cute, but it doesn’t justify the price.

My first meal in Paris was supurb. The staff were very welcoming and patient. The food and drink were exquisite. Lovely atmosphere and music.
