Ah.... Changi Village Hawker Centre, the land of nasi lemak. Fullstop. Thats right, Changi Village Hawker Centre has nothing much going for it. This hawker centre has so many stalls serving the same thing that you will cringe(yes, looking at you nasi lemak). Problem is, the nasi lemak isn't even good, and no serious foodie will recommend a nasi lemak stall here to a foreign tourist. A nasi lemak chicken wing set here cost $5, which is more expensive than most places. Taste is seriously lacking compared to other places and some stall dont even have ikan bilis. The best nasi lemak i have tasted here is Mizzy, and they have a whooping google rating of 1.9 when I reviewed them. They now have a rating of 2.0(no need to thank me). I can't seriously recommend this place to anyone.

Had the best time at the Changi Village Hawker Centre ! Got the most amazing and yummy drinks from Store 0137. Delicious sugar cane, coconut aloe vera, and grass jelly drinks. Satays were very well seasoned and could taste the wok hei flavour !! Tables and seats were clean and even had fans to keep you cool while eating. Highly recommend taking a trip to Changi Village Hawker Centre if you’re in Singapore !

Excellent place to have wide selection of local foods. My favourite are 1. Changi Famous Nasi Lemak 2. Changi Fried Hokkien Mee Do check them out.

Visited 3 times in the afternoon (1pm plus) and night (8pm), surprisingly it’s not that crowded and not stuffy too. Ventilation pretty not bad. Heard that their nasi lemak is famous and indeed it’s good. Has quite a fair bit of Muslim stalls, follow by bbq and satay stalls. A few I tried like their western food (I assumed only one in the hawker), price is cheaper end, like chicken chop rice for $5. Ang Teck lim drink stall - pineapple drink is good. Dessert stall ice soursop soso only but also cheap at $2. Warong Statay selling one of the cheaper mutton statay within the hawker at $0.90 each but sorry to say not to my liking I would say. Can be better marination. Chicken not too bad thou, sauce more to watery kind. 0109 bbq also average only but no regrets trying it. Changi nasi lemak serves super fragrant coconut rice and chilli. Would recommend it!

I have been visiting Changi Village for the past 5 years, and it’s a place filled with wonderful memories. The area has a unique charm with many great food options, from delicious seafood dishes to refreshing sugarcane juice and a variety of beverages. There are also plenty of biryani spots to explore, each offering something different. One of the best things about Changi Village is that you can buy your favourite food and take it over to the nearby beach. Enjoying a meal while sitting by the shore, listening to the waves, makes the whole experience relaxing and memorable. A gentle reminder for everyone: always dispose of plastic and food waste properly in the bins to keep the beach clean and enjoyable for all.

Plenty of choices for delicious local food. Of course there are the good ones and some not so good ones.

Went there on a wet rainy day. Cooling and refreshing. Ate Bar Chor Mee with wanton as an extra. Wow, the vinegar gravy was good. Drank big cup of the sugar cane, for $3.40 (significantly lower then $4 / $5 or more in Newton Hawker centre for e.g.). Basking by a couple made my day belting out classics like Journey's Open Arms, Olivia Newton John's Hopelessly Devoted To You and Frank Sinatra's My Way. Will be back as soon as I can!

Yelp
Family enjoyed dumpling hor fun, laksa and nasi lemak (from mizzy corner). Great value, especially the large sugarcane juice from the interior drinks stall.

Yelp
5/5 Tried few food stalls here and they serve local dishes that are all flavorful, cost effective and best for sharing :) I was able to try the famous sugar cane juice, nasi lemak from Mizzy Corner, satay from Ho guan, Fried Hokkein Mee, Bbq chicken wings from Jason's place. ++ Fast service once on que but expect famous vendors to have long lines. ++ communal seating

Yelp
Changi Village Hawker Centre... Yes, another Hawker Centre with a Wet Market attached to it, though the Wet Market is on a smaller scale compared to other Wet Market across Singapore. This Changi Village Hawker Centre will be the 1st destination to go before heading to the Changi Beach nearby or to Pulau Ubin via the boat ride. It is also the "last" destination, before I head back to "reality"... I cannot deny, Changi Village Hawker Centre holds fond memories for me personally coz when I was working in the Adventure Recreation industry, this Hawker Centre had been my "refuge". From the Mee Rebus, Nasi Lemak, Satay, Soto Food vendors, they all came to my rescue. During EVERY Weekends especially in the Evenings, or the School Holidays, Changi Village Hawker Centre is no doubt will be jammed packed to the brim! From the locals, the students, or even tourists tends to head down here for some good grub. Hence for those who come here via driving, parking literally can be a NIGHTMARE! Hence plan accordingly. Why the 3 stars Reviews? Coz some of the Food Vendors, that I am used to some are long gone and even with my favorites, the food that they offer is some what NOT consistent in terms of flavor. Oh well... To make matter worst, the washroom available at this Changi Village Hawker Centre sometimes can be a NIGHTMARE! It tends to be dirty or wet. Fast forward 2019, the Uncle "washroom" attendant would request the public for the "money entrance" in order for us to use this Public washroom. Nevertheless, Changi Village Hawker Centre holds a special place in my heart from all the ex-coworkers, families and friends gatherings what nots. The Late Chef Anthony Bourdin ever visited this Hawker Centre and it has been featured in several television shows all across the globe. BUT NOT the washroom. PERIOD.

Yelp
Love the different types of cusine in this place. Cheap prices. Tourist must try a slice of Singaporean food offerings.

Yelp
Located next to the Changi Point Ferry Terminal, it's so convenient. We made sure to stop by this hawker centre for breakfast before taking the ferry to Pulau Ubin. The size of this food centre is comparable to the well known ones in central Singapore. The food selection is great too. I ended up getting dried mee sua at the Haowii stall. It was so delicious for $4. I also like all the drink stalls. I got a soy bean drink to go for $1.

Yelp
Traffic here is quite crazy on the weekends. And there's a very good reason for it. This is a food haven in Singapore. If you'd ask me which only hawker centre to go to every week if I DON'T have a choice? This will be it. It has some of the finest stalls here, top in its category. It's located near Changi which you can take a relaxing stroll at. It's prices are very affordable. Parking is atrocious on weekends so spare a thought and visit on weekdays. I tend to visit the right wing of the centre as it has two wings. The right wings seems to have more happening things - International Nasi Lemak (which seems to have lost a bit of its golden days lustre), Changi FAMOUS Nasi Lemak which I like, Satay bee hoon at 01-61 Drinks stall at 01-62 for non diluted sugar cane juice and a giant coconut at $2.50 Chong Pang chicken wing Woon Woon Pek Bee Hoon - amazing seafood bee hoon. The broth is addictive. Not forgetting the queue for the bak Chor mee, another just as good chicken wings and satay stall, the hokkien mee with a bad attitude. The Zhi Char that is just as bad-ass and the cafe just beside the bad ass Zhi char. And many more awesomeness not mentioned here. Have yet to try the left wing but this is the right wing stall. Cheers!

Yelp
Another place for good food if you want to get away from town, this is a good alternative. Plane spotters like myself love to have our meals here especially when runway 20 in used. Good food from the food centre + plane spotting at the Changi Beach = Paradise. I often come before meal hours as getting a place is easier especially coming with a large group. Not only that, the price of the food is more reasonable than eating in town. Who say you can't get good food at a low price?

Yelp
This place has made me kinda, sorta regret that I don't live in the East. What a tribute to good hawker centre food! The famous nasi lemak, rojak, sugar cane juice and wanton mee...the list goes on. Plenty of satay stalls too though the one we tried was not amazing. For everything else, we just followed the queues and it rewarded us with cheap, delicious food. The only problem is seats (and parking). We had to circle the area a few times on a Saturday evening before finding an empty and clean. Still worth it.

Yelp
Carrot cake @ #01-13 is too dry and tasteless. Can give it a miss. Might have been the worst I've eaten. Ipoh hor fun @ #01-18/19 has very soft and smooth rice noodles. Long queue but fast moving. The wanton soup is very oily, the wanton has lots of filling. Nasi Lemak @ #01-30 is so so only. Chilli has a lot of fibre in it, undesirable texture. Drumstick is not crispy but well seasoned. Fish is also not crispy.

Yelp
This is a hawker centre located right next to the Changi Point Ferry Terminal. If you are traveling and have yet to try local Singaporean cuisine, then I highly recommend dropping by this hawker centre before you move on to your next destination. It is well-known for nasi lemak (coconut rice), variety of fritters (banana, jackfruit, potatoes, yam), Rojak (fruit salad) and local desserts, among other things. It definitely has better choices than nearby restaurants that are over-rated. It is kept pretty clean but I visited during non-peak hours (tea time). Recommended meal: a plate of nasi lemak, an order of barbecue wings, a cup of freshly pressed sugar cane juice and an order of goreng pisang (banana fritters). For Singaporean standard, this is not the best hawker center in town. The stalls are almost too organized with the nasi lemak and seafood stalls arranged to one wing while the noodles arranged to another. The food taste are all on the average side, you almost forgot what you just had. If you are not in the area, don't bother making the trip out here.

Yelp
The prices got jacked up after the renovation, which is a big mehhh. Overall the environment got more comfy though, it feels more windy and the ventilation is definitely better. Some of the stalls got switched, so do watch out which is the 'authentic' one (esp for the nasi lemak. the so called truly famous one is international nasi lemak, on the first row). My personal favourite at the hawker is the fried carrot cake! Humble looking but great tasting. Quite worth a try if you've never been here before. Just don't set your expectations too high.....

Yelp
Great, great place to come and have a meal. Living in the East means Changi Village is sorta the only place that has food all night long - with quite a number of the stalls closing at 2-4am in the morning, every night. Famous stalls would include the Ayam Penyet stall, Sugar Cane juice stalls, and all the Seafood stalls present. There's a really cool Goreng Pisang stall there too, that sells all the traditional fried local desserts. Wanton Mee stall is famous too. My fave is the Nasi Lemak stall! The Fried Chicken is famous and amazinggggggg.

Yelp
ok, I don't really go in for hawker food - after all, I stay 5 minutes from chomp chomp and maybe venture in (to take away) perhaps once a year. but this place could make me a convert (if any could, it would be this one). ((still probably not going to happen though, for personal lack of interest)) the food is fantastic (if you eat where the queues are), the aforementioned queues may snake past diners but it moves quickly, and the variety is amazing. it's a pretty damn good selection of many local favorites all in one place, and there's sitting over two hawker-centres, which means you won't be stuck just hovering at someone's shoulder waiting for them to be done. the nasi lemak is famous, but we enjoyed nearly everything we ordered. go with the queues, man - other people probably know what they're doing.

Yelp
I love coming here on a weekend evening, usually earlier than 7pm as I can avoid the crowds and find seats quickly. Weng Kee's Minced Pork Noodles (#01-04) serves its specialty Ipoh Hor Fun, which I have found to be relatively acceptable, but the consensus amongst my party has tended to be mixed. The Fried Hokkien Mee (#01-21) is also recommended. As for nasi lemak, there are actually two stalls facing each other that serve it. One is perpetually having a long queue (International Food Stall, #01-57) while the other tends to be less popular (Mizzy's Corner, #01-55). My take is that both serve comparable nasi lemak: the flavour of the rice, the crispiness of the chicken wings, the taste of the chilli - there's not enough to differentiate between the two to justify the difference in queue length. I have also noticed that the servers at the stall with the longer queue tend to be agonisingly slow in their preparation of the food, which might explain why the queue is usually long! After having our fill at the food centre, my party usually heads across the bridge to Changi Beach to walk amongst the trees and upon the sands. The area is much quieter than the bustling food centre, although you will have to watch out for cyclists along some stretches of pavements.

Yelp
Two types of stalls that you must try while you are here - the Nasi Lemak stall, and the ipoh hor fun stall.

Nuryn A.

Yelp
One of the best places to eat in the East is Changi Village, offering multi-racial dishes. I can't remember the name of the stall, but they served nasi Padang on black plates. Due to the color contrast, the food looked really appetizing. The lemak chili padi, sambal goreng, kangkong and the rice itself is superb. The portions can be shared between two people too, a big plus. However, I went before the place was revamped Si I don't know where it it. There is a drinks and dessert stall with a great avacado milkshake. Creamy and rich, with a hint of gula melaka. This stall always has a queue whenever I go and is in the row of Malay stalls, manned by a Chinese family. I suggest ending a meal with either the shakes or desserts.

Yelp
Great selection... Subways, bespoke kebabs, amazing Indian food, Chinese galore and even an expat pub.. All you need !
