Liked it and would recommend. Rooms are comfortable. Staff very friendly. It's a little out of the centre which is nice as it's a little less hectic. Pool is really great for the hot weather. There's also lots of good tours that can be booked from the desk too. Try the restaurant opposite, close to corner on the junction 2024 update: still good 7 years later 🙏

Great find! My gf and I really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. Bathrooms are really nice too. The pool is super relaxing on hot days and the staff are very approachable/helpful when needed. Great quality on a reasonable budget 😊

We stayed here for 3 nights before heading to the elephant sanctuary. The address takes you further if following from the airport takes about 20 mins. Just look out for a big pink hotel and you can't go wrong. We really enjoyed our stay here although there was some noise from guests but very clean and see through glass bathroom quite funny. We never used the pool as it looked quite dirty but for the price we thought this was a good hotel. The beds are hard but we found that with many hotels in Thailand. Overall I'd say for the price this is good. It's about a 10 minute walk to old town and local food market and seven eleven across the road is a 2 minute walk. We payed more to stay somewhere on our last night and it was terrible we wish we had stayed here for the last night. Fridge and air-conditioning worked well in our room which is a bonus if visiting in hot months. Overall if you are on a budget I recommend staying here. Would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel with our kids. It is simple with great charm and well located right near old Chiang Mai. Right in front of the hotel is a great morning market with great food, a great Roti cart every evening and a convenient cafe for breakfast next door. The reception folks are very helpful and do their best to advise with what they know. The pool is convenient and clean but the tiles into the pool are dangerously slippery, so beware! Overall, I recommend this hotel.||||3 CONS: I must say that we did have a personal item disappear, so as with anywhere, I would not leave valuables behind. Additionally, we wonder if room keys are compatible with more than one room as we did have someone accidentally walk into our room in the middle of the night. Finally, if you are someone who likes bathroom privacy, the rooms have glass walls in the bathrooms. So privacy is hard to come by.

Beds hard as rocks and the overall bathroom and aircon is old and worn down. Overpriced and the hotel staff could either not speak English or was rude. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else; we had a bad back for multiple days after this horrible bed.

Me and my friend have been on our Thailand travels and booked this for a 3 night stay in Chiang Mai which was ideally located in Changpuak, a 5 minute tuk tuk drive to Downtown Chiang Mai where the main markets and bars/ food places are. We loved staying in this hotel so much that we had to add on another night!||The pictures don't do it justice, it is a gorgeous pink and well described boutique hotel with luxury accommodation compared to the price similar in other places or hostels. Staff were friendly and would pop in towels and water bottles every morning to us, beds were comfy and the bathroom was beautiful! ||As for the pool, this made our stay to a 10/10 with a mini jacuzzi, waterfall and a deep area in the pool which is perfect for that morning swim or if you were us, all the way through to the afternoon! It was very empty in the month of mid-july and occasionally had another couple or a couple of friends at the pool with us but we were lucky enough to have a room that was directly behind two sunloungers that would rest in the sun every morning.||The only improvement to this hotel would be having a snack bar or lunch available as breakfast finished at 10am and there were plenty of tables and chairs that would of created a nice sociable atmosphere.||A chilled, pretty and luxury hotel for such a cheap price compared to the 5 star boutiques for triple the price. A must stay!

Just arrived back from staying at the Changpuak Boutique hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, good location and the staff were helpful. ||The room was very clean and the decor is beautiful! The bed's are hard, but this is expected now in south east Asia.||The big issue was unfortunately was the pool! The photo's make it look so nice, although when we were there it resembled a pond!! It was green and murky and had a bad smell, therefore we were unable to use it during our trip.||If this is resolved I would recommend the hotel.

Stayed here about 3 weeks ago. Decided to cut short our stay but the hotel manager was super lovely. Really accommodating and kind and extremely helpful with any queries/issues.
