Changpuak Hotel

Very good value for money. Clean, specious and bright room. I give four instead of five stars for old towels, lack of pool towels and pool surroundings could be cleaned up from leaves more often. The pool on its own was clean. I have also asked three times for a kettle but it has never been given. Even though I would book it again.

What an amazing spot. A little oasis away from everything but also close to everything. It’s a lush and green spot with a swimming pool, ideal to refresh on hot days and to enjoy the sun (or your morning coffee before going to massage class). People are friendly and always willing to help. Beds are very good! All of them. Definitely will go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏

Stayed at this hotel for around 5-6 nights. Great location walking distance from old city and a night food market for cheap lunch and dinner. Staff was very friendly. Pool are is a big plus ! Also the hotel is a bit off the street you don’t hear the traffic it’s like a little oasis of peace. Only downside is the rooms are a bit dated and some room have aircon that you can’t really set to your desired temperature (older model with no remote), depends on the room. Would stay there again! Paid 800thb per nights walk-in price.

This was my absolute favorite stay in Thailand! The hotel's vintage charm and attention to detail transported me to another era. The family-run atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the lush greenery surrounding the hotel created a relaxing ambiance. Perfect location, yet peaceful. Highly recommend! The hotel's charm and service are top-notch. To make this place even more amazing, perhaps the owners could consider upgrading the pool's filtration system to keep it a little more clean.

We checked-in and the room we booked was not available. They downgraded us without even telling us, we had to told them that the room we booked was with AC but they gave us a room without AC. Overall bad service, hotel is OK and pool is beautiful. 10 minutes walking from the center of Chiang Mai.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very nice time. The hotel staff were very friendly, the building is old and nice looking, there is a relaxing pool surrounded by nice trees and the rooms were very clean (and cleaned every day). The location is very good, with local streets nearby with small restaurants and easy access to the centre. Our room was a decent size, basic, good according to the price. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

This hotel was one of the loveliest places we stayed in Thailand on our family trip. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the pool area was great to relax. It was the perfect place to end our trip!

We extended our stay by an extra 3 nights. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the lovely staff. The rooms were spacious, clean (they changed the sheets everyday) and the air-con was great. The swimming was pool was such a nice touch, very tranquil. Great location!
