Changpuak Hotel

This hotel is really lovely. The rooms are big with great aircon. The wifi in the rooms works really well. We had a pool view room on the second floor. The pool seems brand new, it's really clean and we mostly had it to ourselves. There are great sun beds beside it which is where we spent most of our time! All the staff were really helpful and kind. I'd definitely go back and stay here again!

Built in 1973, thus is a great classic. Modern rooms with a touch of old. Clean and well cared for. The pool was amazing and well kept. Great price and under 10 min. To the Norhh gate where red trucks are waiting. Forget grab! Talk to drivers and expehience a bit more adventure. I loved our stay. Just 10 min walk to a wonderful market to the North and Tops groceries.

Absolutely loved our stay, every staff member was super awesome and friendly! Loved the cats that were walking around! Deepo (probably spelt name wrong) was extremely accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

People are lovely, it’s so nice with all the green and the pool area is beautiful. But… AC is loud and the fan has only has one setting Pool is saturated with chlorine to the point it feels oily. They keep on adding pallets every couple of days.

An old hotel that still has its charm. Great for unpretentious travellers looking for simple yet comfortable accommodation. And the pool is so lovely!

Very bad service mind of the reception staff. I called to check availability and reserved for a night stay. When I checked in, the staff said there is no reservation record. There was a vacancy so I said I wld take it. Then came the price issue. They said it's festive period so the price was up. The amount was not much but it upset me as I was told the day before the lower price. They told me the one who answered my call was not in at the moment and he may not know about pricing. I asked if it was my false - no sir, but if you want the room you had to pay the new price. So I just left and will not step in this property again.

Very good value for money. Clean, specious and bright room. I give four instead of five stars for old towels, lack of pool towels and pool surroundings could be cleaned up from leaves more often. The pool on its own was clean. I have also asked three times for a kettle but it has never been given. Even though I would book it again.

What an amazing spot. A little oasis away from everything but also close to everything. It’s a lush and green spot with a swimming pool, ideal to refresh on hot days and to enjoy the sun (or your morning coffee before going to massage class). People are friendly and always willing to help. Beds are very good! All of them. Definitely will go back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏
