A favorite in Tokyo, been there multiple times and keep meeting my expectations, the gyozas are great, love the lasagna one. Service is very good, get early as the place is small and get full quickly, but if you need to wait is worthed.

The service was excellent and the staff was courteous. The gyoza were incredibly delicious and tasty. There are also vegan and vegetarian options available.

Chao Chao has the largest menu selection of gyoza variety’s that I came across in Tokyo! They offer some that are chicken instead of pork, however I didn’t notice any vegetarian or vegan gyoza.
I tried:
- pork & welsh onion
- teriyaki chicken with a poached egg
- shrimp
- steamed pork and ginger
- pork gyoza topped with pollock and cheese
The gyoza were nice and are cooked right in front of you. I’m not sure they blew me away but they were worth a try.
Service was fine, nothing above and beyond but staff were pleasant.
A solid 4.

We had the best dinner - delicious Gyoza - shrimp, chicken, vegetarian and pork. We came as a group of 6 and could fit us all. Very friendly staff

These are excellent gyoza. Make sure you have some while visiting Kyoto. We waited in line 1.5 hours before being seated at about 7:30pm. Our order was taken while waiting in line, and the apps came soon after we were seated. Bar seating is just fine and overall atmosphere isn’t special, but there is definitely soul in the food and you can tell the staff genuinely loves it here. Very small place, seats about 20.

A delicious dumpling restaurant located in Yurakucho.
The feeling of eating plain dumplings with a highball while listening to the rattling sound of the subway is not something that can be solved with money.
The best dumpling restaurant in Yurakucho that will provide a satisfying time.
I want to visit again.

Small gyoza restaurant in Ginza. You can find such a great variety of gyoza. Great taste! Good service and they are so hospitable and make you feel at ease. Very friendly I would recommend to everybody!

Great food and delicious gyoza but not family friendly. Do not bring babies or children. Did not realise this place is an “izakaya”. Nevertheless, great food and beer!
