Very interesting and beautiful hotel, carefully decorated, we've enjoyed our stay. Rooms are comfortable warm I recommend to take a room with balcony, we've stayed in the Gagarin suite. There is a cafe on the ground floor (affiliated with the hotel), breakfast is nice.

I have stayed at many places but this was really a special one just like your own home very neat and clean rooms. Open access to kitchen just go and cook what you want to cook they also installed a washing machine in the kitchen so you can wash your clothes. There was a balcony outside our room we enjoyed that too much we use to sit outside in the evening and love the atmosphere around our hotel. I recommend to take a room with balcony. Chao Mama club management has installed a machine for calling a cab to your door step if you wanted to go anywhere in St Petersburg. They got English speaking staff usually you won't find people speak English in Russia also the staff was very very cooperative. Great services Highly recommended

A home from home during our honeymoon in St Petersburg. Strongly recommend the stunning Gagarin suite. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and helpful, welcoming staff. Cafe next door does excellent coffees and breakfasts as well.
