location - this is honestly to me, the best feature of the hotel. Its not located at bukit bintang where the action is but on the fringe. Just opposite pavillion and besides Fahrenheit88 mall. ||Rooms - Equally important to me as well, the rooms were generally clean. Tv was staticky and space wasn't much if you wanted to open up your hard cover suitcase. First room that I had was horrendous - noisy and hot. The noise was partially possible to be manage by the hotel, as it was from the ceiling and the lift noise box. It wasn't so bad cos I brought ear plugs. My partner wasn't bothered. The heat was bad though our AC was not working properly as it will power down after like 20-30 minutes. I could never catch what was wrong. So I feedback to change room, they said my room was deluxe and the only available room so out of luck. They said my AC was okay as well. Thus my second night was sleepless. It was so bad that I went down to the lobby at about 4am plus. Your night staff saw me and just looked at my strangely. After feedback to your morning staff, there was a room available to change, for my last night at the hotel. Finally a good night sleep.||Value - fair at that price. it's unfortunate as the hotel has so much to offer. Do note that the upper floor has sounds, like people doing stuff on top, on top of the lift sounds. The hot water dispenser at my first room 6th level wasn't even working. room 61 is good if you don't really need circulating air.

Stayed at this hotel for a short trip, and here’s my honest review. 🛎️ Check-in & Service The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in time is at 1 PM, but if you arrive early, you can drop off your luggage at the front desk. 📍 Location The location is a huge plus it’s literally right behind Sephora and just a few steps away from the heart of Bukit Bintang. Despite being in such a busy area, it’s surprisingly quiet at night. I slept just fine with no noise interruptions. 🛏️ The Room I booked the deluxe room with a window. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. However, there are a few things I wish were better. – The lighting was really dim 😭 – The only mirror was inside the bathroom, and that space was dimly lit too. So if good lighting and mirrors are essential for your routine, this might be a struggle. – There was no sheer curtain, just a thick blackout one. – The TV wasn’t a smart TV, which was a bit of a letdown for me personally. 🧺 Other Amenities There was an ironing board in the room, which was handy. They also provide a water dispenser in the hallway.

Honestly, this hotel exceeded our expectations, but the caveat is we weren't expecting much given the price we paid. We stayed at the "Deluxe Apartment" that comprises: - living room (2 big sofas, TV) - dining room (dining set) - kitchen (cooker, full size fridge, hot/cold water dispenser) - bedroom 1 (1 queen bed) - bedroom 2 (2 single beds) - bedroom 3 (1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby cot) Each bedroom comes with en suite bathroom, TV, mini fridge, and individual key card access. There're no bathrooms in the common area. So the whole apartment can accommodate 8 adults + 1 baby comfortably, not counting 2 big sofas in the common area that can sleep another 2 adults if required. The biggest draw is the location, literally steps away from Fahrenheit88 and Lot 10 in Bukit Bintang. Unlike other reviewers, we thankfully didn't experience any noise keeping us awake during our stay. There weren't any odd smells either, but the apartment wasn't exactly spotless. If that's an issue to you, consider elsewhere. The beds were clean and comfortable, that's what mattered more to us. Biggest complain we have are the TVs. None of them are smart TVs. Those in the bedrooms only offer limited channels. The one in the living room has internet access but only has YouTube app. It needs servicing as the speaker crackles quite badly when the volume is up. The drain in the shower of bedroom 3 also seems to be a little choked. The shower stall will flood a little if the shower is turned to full blast. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what little experience we had with them is pleasant. We also didn't request for any housekeeping during our 3-night stay, so can't comment on that. This is our frank experience in the "Deluxe Apartment", and we cannot vouch that the other room types will be similar. Would definitely recommend this for value-conscious groups, bearing in mind the shortcomings mentioned above. Don't expect luxury accommodations on a budget price tag and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Stayed 3 nights in the 3-bedroom apartment. Major cons: - bad vomit stench that was in 2nd bedroom on check in, then shifted and remained in the 3rd bedroom toilet for the rest of our stay. Suspect is from the sewage. - drilling and hammering in the middle of the night (even at 1am & 5am!), every night. Apparently might be from the next door business, nothing that this hotel’s staff could do except to offer us twin rooms upstairs (they didn’t have any other 2-/3-bedroom units). Minor cons that were bearable: - some areas were dusty - one toilet door lock was not working (couldn’t fix even after calling their maintenance) - WiFi didn’t work for half our trip, apparently a telco issue. - no housekeeping throughout stay, we changed the bin liners ourselves (we also didn’t try to request for housekeeping). - TV has limited channels, mostly in Malay. - a group of people were talking loudly outside our unit in the middle of one night. - each bedroom has their own key card, ie if pull door to close then need key card to tap open. Pros: - excellent location, walkable to Pavilion, Lot10 etc malls. - staff try to help where they can. - big space for extended family to stay together. - well equipped with washer/dryer, hair dryer, hot/cold water dispenser, pots/pans/plates, baby cot. - great value for this size and location. For those travelling with elderly, note that we need to climb a few steps up and down to enter/exit the unit.

20250718 - 1 hr ride from kul airport. Booked this hotel primarily because of the location near to pavilion mall. There is small flight of stairs to get to lobby. Check in was fast as i arrived late. It can take a while to get to room due to only 1 lift available. Wifi is fast. Aircon, shower, and bed are comfy. However noticed some stains on pillow. Also the toilet drain start flooding when tap is turned on. Definitely not for OCD people.

Hotel location is great, very near bukit bintang mrt. Just a short walk frkm exit D. Its a no frills hotel. Do not expect too much. Have to walk outside to collect drinking water and hot water. Tv signal could be improved also.
