Chaos Boutique Hotel

I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel. Reasons: 1. There’s a strong, unpleasant damp smell upon entering. 2. No toilet paper provided. 3. No trash bin in the room. 4. The shower water flow is very weak. 5. After flushing the toilet, you can’t shower immediately because the water supply is insufficient. 6. The drainage system is poor, and the bathroom floods if you keep the shower running. 7. Due to the drainage issue, the bathroom floor likely retains grime from previous showers, making it slippery and unpleasant to step on. 8. No ventilation system in the bathroom.

The hotel stay was awful. Sewage flooded the room at night. The rooms were very dirty and smelled bad. The staff was rude and there were no trash cans. Many nicer and cheaper places are available nearby. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Also, construction noise starts every morning at 8 AM.

Location is the main point of this hotel. We booked for a small room without window as it is a touch and go night. Room size is small. It is clean. Walking distance to Pavilion.

This is a wonderful location to stay in the heart of the city as it’s within walking distance to the major shopping complexes and train stations. The rooms are modern basic, clean and good for the price. If you want to explore all that the Bukit Bintang area has to offer, it’s the perfect base! Good people, good rooms, good price and great location. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, with enough space for only tow people. The beds were cozy. However, there is no there is no place to hang clothes or towel in the toilet. Location wise, the hotel is very close to the Pavilion and many other facilities and attractions. Also, very close to the train station. Overall, recommended for low budget stay.

This hotel can only be described as an experience you would have when you visit a south East Asian country. It’s no Sheraton but you are not paying Sheraton prices Everything is just adequate and I love it. Importantly of course is the place is safe. The boys are around all the time in reception to help whenever needed. 5 stars easy for experience

The room is clean,but no free car parking, paid parking lot is too expensive.

Booked this hotel as we're going to Incubus concert nearby the area. Easy access to area nearby (BB, Sg Wang, Times Square). Room a bit small but is okey as we're just stayed to sleep and the rest is sight seeing. Would recommended this hotel if you want to go to all three areas attractions.
