was really looking forward to checking out this store today and waited outside for 10 minutes past the opening time as it was still closed. the shop staff arrived late and she immediately started accusing me of trespassing and stealing, wanting to hold me there to check the security cameras. so unnecessarily rude and hostile, absolutely ridiculous! extremely disappointed with this experience.

This place is not a mall. I don't know what it is but it's weird, and expensive. Definitely an experience, but not for shopping unless you're rich and like name brands. Also the parking is dark and cramped, with faint pink lighting, which feels like a setup for scrapes and bumps. The parking machine ate our ticket, but hey, at least that meant parking was free...?

Worth a visit, since the store itself is housed with Rooms hotel, which has access to a restaurant, a bookstore, multiple courtyards. But Chaos itself is mostly European designers from the same rotation of international it-kid designers, like J.W. Anderson, Gosha, etc.
