I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home for the exceptional care and professionalism they showed during one of the most difficult times in my life. The entire staff treated us with compassion, respect, and grace. They were incredibly attentive to every detail, making sure that my mother’s wishes—and our family’s—were honored with dignity. Their guidance made the entire process much easier to bear, and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. The facility itself is serene and beautiful, it created a peaceful setting for my family and friends to gather and remember my Mom Dorothy Montgomery- Parker.❤️ I especially appreciated how patient and kind Mr. McClary was in answering our questions and walking us through each step. I know my aunt asked A lot of questions. Their support allowed us to focus on celebrating my mother’s life instead of stressing over logistics. If you are looking for a caring, professional team to help you through a loss, I highly recommend Chapel of the Chimes. Their compassion and dedication truly made a difference for our family.

Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Staff were great with the exception of Reverend Springer. He unfortunately is unprofessional and insensitive toward grieving families. His tell it like it is attitude and say whatever I feel like saying approach may not be the best in ministering to people suffering loss. I appreciate brother Greg, the greeters and organist very much. You help make families transition to living with a devastating loss a bit easier. Blessings to you all.

This is a very clean, friendly , place the staff is always consideret about what you need. I had to get a copy of à death certificat from 2015. Had to pay a fee but was able to get did not take to long. ⚰🤗

The Best Team I have seen. Made my dad look like a king who was sleeping. No complaints here. Wonderful Service. May God continue to bless His business.

WHAT a WONDERFUL place to turn to, during our family's time of mind-numbing grief, confusion and disbelief! Our family has used Chapel of the Chimes consistently for over 15 yrs now, and I would rate them 10 stars if I could! The staff has ALWAYS been professional with a genuine warmth, compassion, and willingness to meet our needs. Mr McClarren and Ms Lena McNichols are SUCH a pleasure to work with...(except for the nature of our visit). Our Beloved-One's remains were handled with care and respect, the final work has always been above & beyond expectations! The grounds are neat and well manicured, and the facilities are clean and quite comfy, and we are presented a calm, relaxing environment inwhich to honor our Beloved. NO one ever WANTS to face this issue...DEATH is a reality! We all WILL die one day, and having a lovely group of people providing you with excellence in professional, compassionate, tasteful AND reasonable Final Planning services IS a tremendous resource! The passing of love ones is never easy but can be made less stressful when dealing with Chapel of the Chimes the whole staff from beginning to end made it easier to deal with..
