We got married at Chapel of the Flowers & it was spectacular! Our wedding planner Paula was lovely, & answered all of our questions. The Romantic package had everything we wanted, & with a few additions, made it perfect. The staff the day of the wedding made everything easy & enjoyable. Our Minister was great, funny, genuine. Our photographer Elgin really brought our memories to life. The photo appointment was fun the next day, the packages are pricey, cheapest one being $1000. Very worth it. Beautiful photos. The property is lovely, we felt like they really cared. What a great group of people! Thank you so much!

My Husband and I had our wedding here a week and a half ago and it was even more perfect than we expected. To be honest, we didn’t expect a whole lot from a Vegas wedding, but the whole team made our day incredibly special. To start off, the limo that took us there was beautiful and the driver was really nice. We were immediately greeted by the videographer, photographer, and wedding coordinator. They were all so inviting and made us feel so much more calm when we were both a ball of nerves. Then we talked to the reverend who was going to marry us and she was absolutely amazing. She gave us lots of really great advice and was so sweet. She asked us about how we met and incorporated that into our wedding, which I thought was really special considering she had just met us and was able to remember those little details in the ceremony. Our Photographer was amazing and went above and beyond when taking pictures. He also gave us some really great advice which definitely showed when we got to see the photos. Everyone that worked there was so sweet and so complimentary. The chapel itself was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures. If you’re thinking about having a Vegas wedding, I absolutely recommend the chapel of the flowers. They made our special day better than we could have ever hoped for.

3.29.25 I absolutely loved using this wedding Coordinator for my wedding. Everything was PERFECT, on time, and no detail was left out. We had our ceremony at The Valley of Fire State Park, limo driver picked us up promptly at our hotel, and got us there easily. We felt like royalty in the way we were treated. Ceremony was beautiful, breathtaking, and private. The officiant couldn't have been better. She was kind, detailed and incredibly personable. Thank you to all involved in making our day wonderful.

A beautiful and budget friendly place to do your ceremony. Will definitely do my vow renewals here. The photography packages are amazing with amazing price and free gifts. They very accommodating to everything that comes up…like the bride being late 👉🏽👈🏽.

My husband and I eloped 15 years ago at the courthouse. We decided to do a Vegas Wedding this year for a vow renewal and I am so delighted we chose this venue! From the moment I was assigned a coordinator (Sarah slayed!) the planning went so smoothly. She kept me on task, her suggestions were all perfect for creating the ideal wedding day to share with friends and family. From the choice of chapel to the cake topper at the luncheon to the photography, it was a magnificent event!

20 years ago on November 26, we said I do at the chapel of the flowers and this year November 26 we renewed our wedding vows with a classic Vegas Elvis wedding at that same chapel🥰. We were ecstatic they were still there and the staff made our anniversary truly special. Our wedding planner, Sarah Garcia💕, came up with ideas I hadn’t even thought of and carried everything off without a hitch. Organizing our hair and makeup to be done at the Bellagio, two limos for 16 of us to take us to the Chapel for an amazing ceremony with a very talented Elvis (#JoeyFranklin), a terrific photo team, transport to the Elvis impersonator show at the Alexis theater, and then transporting us again to Vic and Anthony’s at the Golden Nugget for an amazing wedding reception with a beautiful two tiered heart shaped cake with just the perfect 1960s vibe cake topper! We had an absolute blast, both times we got married with the Chapel of the flowers. 💒 Highly recommend this, whether it’s your first time or your renewing, you can’t go wrong with the chapel of the flowers!!

I had a very small ceremony at Chapel of the Flowers and it went absolutely perfectly! I am so happy with our decision to do this for our wedding. All the staff from the limo drivers, planners, the minister, photographer, etc. were on point and so friendly and kind, and the bridal wear and hair/makeup vendors were also excellent. At some times in the months leading up to the wedding my planner would be slow to respond, but I understand because they are super busy with tons of clients and this didn't negatively affect the outcome of anything pertaining to my wedding day. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Chapel of the Flowers to anyone planning a wedding and I wish I could do it again! The Magnolia Chapel was so elegant and gorgeous.

I came from out of state and decided to get married here. They only had 2 weeks to prepare but they really did a great job and exceeded my expectations. Paula was great and very responsive and helpful. The chapel was beautiful and the minister was perfect. My only complaint is that we had our toddler with us who needed a car seat. They know the camera angles and knew that the car seat was in a spot that would be in the video yet they did not offer to move it for us or take it somewhere else so sadly the car seat is an eye sore in the back of our wedding video. That sucks!! Also, the pictures were not the best quality so we didn’t purchase any. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would 100% recommend getting married here! Everything was beautiful and had everyone in tears.

Amazing chapel, very friendly staff, everyone gave us a congratulations. Cant say enough about the staff and and how clean and just down right beautiful. If you are on the fence with chapels and want a nice location or beautiful chapel, and they have several to pick from too.

I have mixed emotions about this place. Our minster was perfect. The venue we picked(glass gardens) was gorgeous. But there where a few issues. Communication was a large issue. No one really spoke about deposits. Even when asked. Just keep getting told everything was paid in full. Our photographer for the lifestyle photos rocked it. But our other photographer had issues telling us how to pose and was unable to get their point across. due to his fault of unprofessional communication, we lost about 20 minutes of photo time which was disappointing. As well as the link we paid for SHOWED THE WRONG WEDDING!!!! I honestly was disappointed. Good things and bad things. But im pretty unhappy. Put way to much added stress that could have been avoided with proper communication. I cried in my hotel room because of it.

Horrible Experience -- Do NOT Get Married Here! Our experience with Chapel of the Flowers was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They completely broke the contract we had, and we lost one of the most important moments of our day -- our first look -- because they failed to schedule our second limo correctly. That's a moment we can never get back, and it's entirely due to their error. The limo that was supposed to pick me up (the bride) was late, and when questioned, they blamed traffic -- even though we're not from Nevada and had no control over that. If they know traffic is an issue, they should plan accordingly. To make things worse, the one limo driver we did have, Robyn, was extremely rude. She shoved my husband's grandmother's wheelchair so hard that it bruised her arm. She also said they couldn't accommodate my mother's wheelchair, even though our planner Vicki knew ahead of time that we needed wheelchair accessibility. We also had a party bus scheduled to pick up our guests from the hotel at 4:30 PM. The bus showed up at 4:15, told my husband it was for him and his wedding party, and then left -- so when 4:30 came (the actual scheduled time), there was no transportation for our guests. Everyone had to pay for their own Ubers and taxis to get to the chapel -- completely unacceptable and absolutely the chapel's fault. Because of all of this, I arrived late to the chapel, and instead of offering understanding, the coordinators were rude and tried to rush everything. They even snapped at my mother-in-law. We started the ceremony late, missed our chapel photos afterward because another ceremony was scheduled right after ours, and overall felt like we were being pushed out. And where was our wedding planner, Vicki, who promised to be available that day? Nowhere to be found. No one could reach her -- not me, not my husband, not anyone at the chapel. This place is completely unprofessional and only cares about money. Their idea of fixing all this was offering a measly $200 refund for their limo scheduling mistake -- as if that even comes close to what a limo costs, or to the moments they ruined. If you're considering getting married at Chapel of the Flowers -- don't. They made what should have been the best day of our lives a stressful, disappointing experience that we can never redo.

Oof. My fiancé and I began planning our wedding with Chapel of the Flowers in December 2024 for our April 2025 ceremony, and overall, the experience was both wonderful and deeply disappointing. Planning Experience Our wedding planner, Erica, was incredible. She was organized, patient, and responsive. She met every appointment, answered every question, and never made us feel rushed. We truly appreciated her dedication and professionalism. Two friends had warned me about poor experiences here, but I decided to give the chapel a chance. I am glad I did in one sense because the ceremony was beautiful. Unfortunately, what followed with the reception was another story. Ceremony Our April 2025 wedding day was perfect. The staff made everything seamless and stress free. Everyone was attentive, kind, and professional. We genuinely felt cared for and that we received our money's worth. The next day, we met with our photographer and assistant, who were also wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and skilled. I have nothing but praise for our ceremony and photos. Reception (Partner Venue: Ahern Hotel) The reception, however, was a complete disaster. The chapel recommended hosting our reception through one of their partner venues and ultimately chose the Ahern Hotel for us. We worked with Erica to plan the menu and received directions to the hotel, which we forwarded to our guests. Unfortunately, the directions were incorrect, and the limo driver dropped us off at the wrong entrance as well, leaving us wandering through the hotel until an employee finally guided us to the correct area. When we arrived, the reception area was nothing more than a curtained off section with sandbags. There was one case of water for everyone and no assigned staff. The setup looked neglected and unprofessional. Several guests never found the reception at all and left after trying unsuccessfully to reach me. It was heartbreaking, and for the amount we spent, completely unacceptable. The reception setup was cheap, disorganized, and embarrassing. Post Wedding Communication Afterward, I contacted Erica to share our concerns. She looped in her supervisor Shelby. While Erica stayed professional, management's response was disappointing. Shelby implied that because we were on a budget, we should not have expected better service. I explained that we still paid good money for what was supposed to be a special day. After a shallow "I'm sorry you feel that way" from Shelby, we requested a partial refund of 500 dollars, which was a small portion of the approximately 4,700 dollars we paid for the reception. Shelby refused our request and implied, in so many words, that because we were on a budget, we should not have expected better accommodations. There was no accountability or meaningful resolution. Final Thoughts I truly recommend Chapel of the Flowers for the ceremony itself. The planners, photographers, and staff were wonderful, and the chapel is beautiful. But under no circumstances should you host your reception through their partner venues. Once the ceremony ended, the care and professionalism vanished. I am giving Chapel of the Flowers one star solely because of the disrespect and lack of accountability shown once everything was said and done. Had management handled the situation with genuine care, my rating would have been much higher. The ceremony was everything I dreamed of, but the reception and follow up were the exact opposite.

Well, I guess we learned a lesson. It's not a simple process to get married in Vegas at one of the facilities. Our base package was almost $1000 and we don't have clarity about photographs until two days before our wedding Going to have schedule a Zoom appointment to look at the photographs and to purchase our video in full, we were not told the $50 for the video did not include all the rights in all perpetuity Jazlynn who was our initial coordinator, did not answer that question and it was asked several times She also did not tell us essentially what photographs cost prior to our wedding and we spent at least 45 minutes to an hour taking photographs afterwards without any clue until we are ready to leave the facility The limo ride was fine pretty hard not to accomplish that, we're now waiting for an appointment to look at the photographs and of course, we'll buy them digitally so that we can deal with them. What we want hopefully it's not more money to own your photographs than the hundred dollars being quoted. We also told the facility we did not want to be disturbed the day after our wedding. We were busy in the moment and would not return to the facility to look at photographs while we were still in Vegas and that also was not heard and we received a phone call Within 40 hours after our wedding while we were still in Vegas Feeling a bit like a " cash grab" everything should've been spelt out very clearly before our ceremony so that we would know what we were getting into the thousand dollars basically covered getting married in a chapel and having a room prior to our wedding to meet the wedding official and the limo ride Oh wait we did get a cake but we could not eat. We did not have a refrigerator in our hotel , and two Champagne glasses not, Glass not crystal, and a candle that we lit while we were in the chapel We actually pushed back on getting a cake because we would rather share our reception with our friends in our home state. The best part of our wedding was the time in the chapel, and Post wedding has become nothing but making appointments to find out how much money is going to be extracted from bank We chose Las Vegas to do a intimate wedding with no guests. I would not be shocked to find out if we had them we were going to be charged a seating fee per person.! Viva Las Vegas ? Not so much ...

Widowed in 2021, I never expected to plan another wedding. But lighting struck and here I am. A more mature bride, I got overwhelmed planning a tasteful wedding without cake cutting and a first dance intended for 20 year olds . I also wanted an intimate ceremony and with 9 children between us, 30 or so grandchildren, and numerous friends and siblings, it was getting out of hand. So my finance said "lets elope to Vegas" and without hesitation I said "Yes." I immediately got on line and found Chapel of the Flowers. I selected my date and put a $100 deposit down. What a relief. Then my wedding planner called and walked me thru the entire process. A huge shoutout to Katy Veneris, who stayed in touch for months and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. She even walked us thru getting our marriage license, spent time with us when we arrived in town, and was such a great emotional support to this nervous bride. We selected our own music, had a moment of silence and reserved seats for our deceased spouses, and romance in spades. The flowers were beautiful, my makeup and hair team was perfect, and even the reception they booked for us was ideal. Seven of our nine children were able to attend, along with siblings and friends who went out of their way to support our special day. It was perfect in everyway. And the photos really captured our joy. I highly recommend! I am so happy we made this choice.

This company takes no responsibility for their mistakes. My wedding day felt like it was falling apart--we lost half an hour of photos and video because of them. Their communication was terrible; many of the emails they promised never even came, leaving us in the dark about what was happening. When I brought this up, they were rude and dismissive, saying it wasn't their problem. To make things worse, my husband's boutonniere was already falling apart while we were on the High Roller. I loved the venue itself and our pastor was wonderful, but Chapel of the Flowers gave us none of the value we expected for the money we spent. I honestly wish I had just booked my wedding directly through the High Roller instead. There was no apology, no accountability, and it truly felt like they didn't care at all. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Our wedding at Chapel of the Flowers had several issues that future couples should be aware of. We requested to include religion in our ceremony and planned this with the wedding coordinator, but it was never added. The minister wasn't informed and didn't ask us about it, so our ceremony didn't reflect what we specifically asked for.The limo arrived late for our 11:30 AM pickup, and for our first-look wedding, the minister left the door open, which ruined that moment. We were told our flowers would come from a local florist, but they came from 1-800-Flowers. Our hotel reservation was also wrong even though we clearly stated the room and view we wanted. The day before our wedding, communication from our planner stopped completely. Also, the wedding video USB is $100, not $50, and credits apply to the full price, not the discounted rate. They do offer a free 8×10 photo for a five-star Google review. The ceremony went smoothly, but the planning process had multiple preventable mistakes.

Estaba a 1 semana de casarme y tenía 20 personas viajando de NY a Las Vegas y no sabía dónde íbamos a comer. Muchas falta de comunicación antes del evento. Mis pocos invitados nadie los acomodó en la capilla y en la fotos parece verse vacío.

The officiant here was spot on! He did a wonderful job marrying our family. However, the communication for the photos, limo and dinner felt a little slimy. You only get two pictures with your package and the rest was an additional $1k. The limo was a ride to the chapel but not back to the hotel. Lastly, the dinner package felt a little like trickery. $130 per person for Mexican dinner that turned out to be Nacho Daddy. The food on the menu did not add up to $130. It was a buffet of dry, flavorless, fall apart street tacos. They also tried to give us margaritas that were watered down. We did convince them to allow to order drinks off the regular menu. Those drinks were strong and good. The dinner left the guests feeling ripped off and dissatisfied. However, the chapel did a good job.

Surprise wedding renewal for my friend, but her husband. I was helping him so did most of the communicating with the Chapel. I think I mentioned at least 10 times that this was not my wedding, nor was it even a wedding...and I was congratulated multiple times, called by my friend's name, asked about marriage certificate at least 3 times. They were nice, but I felt like they really didn't care or listen to what was being said. Everything is an add-on/upgrade, so my friend husband was surprised that he couldn't even get the rights to the few photos that were being taken without paying an extra 1k+. Yes, significantly cheaper than anything else, but came across like a sales pitch the entire time. Day of pick up...110 degrees outside...Limo air con could not handle and we were all sweaty. Glass divider didn't work. But drivers super nice. Went smoothly enough. Then picture time sucked since was so hot. Luckily it was fast. But then our limo drove off without saying anything so we had to wait. They sent us to the air con lobby at least. Overall things okay...I'm still getting calls as though I'm the bride, but hopefully now that the real "Bride" knows she can set it all straight.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They almost ruined my wedding day, and their lack of professionalism is absolutely appalling. I trusted them to steam my wedding dress and custom veil, and they treated my once-in-a-lifetime pieces like trash. After completely forgetting to steam my veil, they had it stuffed into a BALL at the bottom of the garment bag which completely crumpled it. To make matters worse, my maid of honor had to leave me during my makeup appointment--a crucial part of my wedding prep--just to take the veil back because of THEIR mistake. She even had to take an Uber to fix this mess, and they refused to refund her Uber fare or the cost of the steaming service itself. And they really tried to gaslight me and say I never requested a veil steaming even though they CLEARLY handled the veil and chose to shove it in the bottom of the garment bag. As if that weren't enough, my wedding was in October, and I've been fighting for a refund ever since. After months of back-and-forth, they finally let me know--just today--that they wouldn't refund me. Not for the steaming service they didn't actually provide, not for the inconvenience, and not even for the Uber my maid of honor had to take. And here's the kicker: they outright LIED to me during this process. They claimed they had recorded phone calls of me supposedly not mentioning that the veil needed to be steamed. When I requested these so-called "recordings" to clear things up, they conveniently refused to provide them. I even provided proof of a statement I paid showing it was for a dress AND veil steaming. Their dishonesty and refusal to take accountability are absolutely infuriating. If you value your sanity and your special day, stay FAR away from this company. They clearly have no idea how to treat their customers, their garments, or their own mistakes, and they couldn't care less about the stress they cause.

We recently had our wedding (60ish guests) at Chapel of the Flowers, and while the venue itself is decent, the overall experience left us deeply disappointed. One of the biggest issues was the transportation service we paid for through the chapel. The bus carrying the groom and his friends + dates did not have working air conditioning on a 110-degree day. For a venue that claims to handle every detail with professionalism, this was completely unacceptable. We're from Texas, so we know how to manage extreme heat--but that makes functioning air conditioning even more essential. To make matters worse, the transportation was outsourced to another company, and the chapel offered no real accountability or meaningful refund for this significant failure. If they respond to this, yes the bus AC was fixed after dark and after the ceremony when it didn't matter. Another major frustration was the lack of communication about having to wait 20 minutes before being allowed to use the chapel. This added to the discomfort and disorganization of the day, making our guests even more uncomfortable in the extreme heat. When we raised these issues, the chapel offered small refunds but failed to address the severity of the problems or take responsibility for the poor service. It became clear that the venue's focus was more on upholding the kick-back from bad vendors than ensuring our special day went smoothly and comfortable on our end. I would strongly advise others to use the chapel only for the ceremony itself and to contract all other services (transportation, vendors, etc.) independently. Save yourself the stress and avoid relying on their recommended vendors or services. They aren't helpful with the ceremony either. They just kinda expect you to know what's going on and not even trying to help. At one point someone that worked there told me to calm down because I asked where my wedding party was going to sit 5 minutes before the wedding. Our wedding day was supposed to be seamless and memorable, but unfortunately, Chapel of the Flowers fell far short of our expectations. Oh and they also made my wife and I wait for over 20 minutes after our entire wedding left for a limo they booked that was late. We ended up getting on our busses instead of being able to relax for 15 minutes before our reception at a different location.

Where is the 0 stars button? Don't be fooled these manager or owners are out for your money. My fiancé and I loved the videos and paid $100 to book the chapel. Online says the chapel is $700. There are A LOT of hidden fees that they do not have on their website. We wanted our close friend to be the officiant and they charged us $200. We also wanted my uncle to play the guitar and they charged $100. But wait, they do not supply the sound system, so they are charging us $100 to bring our own equipment. Total invoice for 30 minutes was $1500. Better ways to spend your money on a day you will never forget. Really disappointed.

We were going to get married here because I thought their Glass Garden was beautiful. I put down a deposit ($100) and had a zoom call with one of their wedding planners a month later. The wedding planner was nice, but I left the call feeling like they were only after our money trying to upsell everything in our wedding package and before I knew it our total was going to be THOUSANDS more than originally quoted. I felt uneasy and decided to do more research and found that although the venue is beautiful, they had lots of bad reviews (on all platforms) and others agreed that they were nickel and diming every chance. I also did not get my $100 deposit back, even though we booked almost a year in advance.

All we had to do was reserve our date and time. You can then choose to set up easy monthly payments or pay the balance closer to your ceremony date, giving you flexibility and peace of mind. -The limo and hair and makeup services were wonderful additions to our package. The hair stylist was amazing and made my hair exactly as I wanted. The make-up came out absolutely breath-taking. They both came to my hotel at the same time which was so convenient! We had about 40 guests, and the ceremony lasted around 20 minutes. It was magical. -Service and Coordination: The entire process, from booking to the actual ceremony, was seamless and stress-free. The staff at Chapel of the Flowers are incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. We even had a dedicated wedding planner who helped with all the details, making everything run smoothly. Final Thoughts: This is THE perfect wedding spot, combining elegance, flexibility, and exceptional service. If you're looking for a beautiful, stress-free, affordable venue for your wedding, I highly recommend Chapel of the Flowers! You can also ask for two limos. You cannot bring drinks or alcohol aboard. When you arrive to Vegas, contact the Chapel to let them know your hotel and room number so they can relay info to Limo Driver. He will call you from your ROOM phone, not your cell phone. **!!!! Important Tip!!!** Get a room along the Strip or Downtown. They CANNOT pick you up if you are not staying either on the Strip or Downtown. 12) Wedding Reservation/ceremony is reserved for 30 minutes. The average ceremony time is I believe around 10 minutes. Ours took 20 minutes. 13) You can ask for the "First-Look" Package. We did not do this package. We did our own first-look at the MGM Grand Lion Statue. **MAJORLY IMPORTANT!!!** - You MUST get your Marriage License BEFORE you can get married here. They will NOT marry you if you do not have it! The marriage license bureau is only a few blocks from the chapel. Must bring ID, and Cash Only! You can do this a day prior to the ceremony. Bring it with you the day of ceremony. You can fill out application on-line, print it out, and then bring it to the Marriage Bureau. I think it is about $100 to get your license - remember, Cash Only!

Organized wedding venue in Las Vegas, everything from limo's, chapel, garden for pictures and quick reception before being booted off before their next wedding. I believe each schedule wedding has about a window of an hour and a half to congregate before, a quick 15" ceremony in the chapel, outside garden for pictures and off you go off the property and they are on to their next venue.

What a memorable day my wedding was. The most amazing staff ever. Special shoutout to our officiant Randall, made our wedding fun and beautiful and my family & I haven't stopped talking about how amazing he was. From the beginning, the process was extremely easy! Our wedding planner, another special shoutout to Colleen & Ava! We had 3 appointments before our big day & both made it extremely simple & beautiful. I can't emphasize enough how little I was stressed about the little things. My husband & I got married in The Glass Chapel & I couldn't have picked a more beautiful spot! Very elegant. Beautiful lighting, plants & waterfall behind our officiant. THE PICTURES DONT EVEN DO IT JUSTICE! It's WAY more gorgeous in person!!! Went back the next day to go pick up our photos & was also helped but a really awesome young lady named Jerica who helped us choose what package best fitted us! It was quite a busy day at the photo gallery but she did an amazing job giving us our little moments & give us time to discuss about the things we wanted. She is a rockstar! Congrats on the engagement as well! Two honorable mention would have to be our limo drivers & my bouquet. Going to the Chapel, I got to enjoy blasting hip hop music with my family & had a blast. When I left with my husband, we had a very beautiful moment driving through Las Vegas listening to our favorite songs through out our relationship. I picked a succulent bouquet & it was so me! Everyone loved it! But more importantly, I LOVED IT! Would 1000000% recommend to get married here if you're trying to get married in Vegas. Will never forget how perfect my day was!

We were extremely happy with their attention to detail, professionalism, and venue options. The minister was superb. We chose the outdoor gazebo and it was lovely; however, the traffic noise was a slight distraction. We'll use them again for vow renewals! Thanks Chapel of the Flowers! Vicki & John

First and foremost it was a absolutely a disaster of a wedding. First of all they showed up 45 minutes late picking her up they picked her up at 11:15 when they were supposed to pick her up at 10:30. She was disappointed in the make up and not only that the guy who did her makeup packed his stuff up and left in the middle of doing her makeup absolutely uncalled for. They dropped her off at the hotel at 2:00 pm so then the limo driver says he can't wait past 2:25 so she had to go thru the casino go up to level 26 to our room and she had 15 minutes to get her dress on she didn't even have time to do her nails so when she ran back down to get in the limo he had already left unbelievable. She had to get a taxi. She was a absolutely had a nervous breakdown crying. So half of the pictures of the wedding were a disaster. I am so disappointed in the service for a once in a lifetime wedding.

Just got married two days ago. "Beware of hidden fees" specially in photo department we are so angry at the end. The staff stated we have "$100 photo gallery credit and you get 5 big photos and 25 pcs 5x11 with USB drive and if you don't get it printed there will be a logo on bottom left corner due to copyright" so we're like okay cool yeah mind as well just take it so we don't have to deal with the logo thing in the corner. After we choose 25 pictures that my partner and I liked, the staff said what frame would you like and the lady at front will take of you. the reception said that will be $936... My partner and I were so shocked like what the heck just happened no one told us there will be anymore cost after the reception package except for gratuity. I feel like I just a purchased a vehicle at the dealership with add on fees that I didn't know about for example unlimited tinting, GPS, etc...

Chapel of the flowers is an amazing wedding venue. Out of all the chapels in the city, I would heavily recommend this one for ambiance and the customer service. We came for a wedding photoshoot and Andrea V. assisted us in finding the most aesthetic backdrops! It's truly a wonderful and welcoming environment!

The day was perfect. Some things to note.... If you want your own photographer, there are extra fees involved. If you want your own officiant, there are extra fees and steps for that as well. If you don't pay cash, they tack on an extra 4% for using a card. Other than that, the staff was excellent. You get a dedicated wedding planner, a wedding page on their site and excellent customer service. I loved the website. It's easy to use. I purchased the extra time for my guests that couldn't be there to log in and view our wedding on the website. There was the day of wedding coordinator that set everyone up perfectly to walk down the aisle. The photographer was great. Nice, courteous and got our pictures done just as we asked. I am highly satisfied with the service we received. The glass gardens was our perfect venue! Thank you Little Chapel for making our day so special! Xoxo

Don't get married here. You will be nickel and dimed on EVERYTHING. In addition to the base venue price(I believe it was about $800 for a 15 min ceremony). Want your own minister and not a stranger? $200 extra. And you STILL are expected to tip a minister you didn't use $35. Want your own photographer? $500 extra. JUST for them to take photos on their property. In addition to you having to pay your photographer. Want to keep it traditional and not see eachother before the ceremony? $80. And that extra fee consisted of my husband being thrown into an office, I was thrown in the lobby where all my guests were, so the "wow" factor of everyone seeing me walk down the aisle was ruined. And then you have the staff members asking MY GUESTS where my husband and I were. So unprofessional. We were told we had a 15 minute ceremony on the multiple redundant phone calls we had, only to be told the day prior they were cutting it to 10 minutes. Same price. These phone calls consisted of Jazlyn pushing these $500-$5,000 photography packages and decor I said I did not want, and ending the call with "well I'm going to send over the photography packages via email one more time JUST IN CASE." After I explicitly said no. The base cost to own the photos taken of us were $800. All we got was a thumb drive with the photos. We take it back to our laptop.. we were given the WRONG ceremony photos. Needless to say I was furious and when were inconvenienced and had to go BACK to the chapel for the third time just to get the correct photos we paid $800 for, they were hardly apologetic and laughing it off as if it was funny. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never refer anyone to this venue.

Attended a wedding here. The ceremony space was clean & beautiful. The staff are all friendly faces. Bathrooms are clean, big parking lot. Parking lot had a white tent with AC however I don't think the AC worked at the time.

Truly a wedding NIGHTMARE! Hoping it finally gets resolved soon. We put a deposit on our wedding back in November, with a confirmed time of 4PM at the Valley of Fire in writing. Then we paid in full, after I spoke to a live body who verbally confirmed our details in the planning department. Last week, we realized that our wedding planner Shelby Johnson never actually booked our wedding at the venue. She went into our account and changed our wedding details without any consent, after discovering our time was no longer available. It took her 7 days to respond to my original communication, then communicated with us 2 hours after I called to speak to a director. Stating in email, "I know you called my boss." I 've never experienced anything like this in my life. At this point we are awaiting for a refund, left scrambling to plan our April Wedding.

My fiancé and I started planning our wedding with the chapel of the flowers in August. We were going to be spending $8k and had a wedding planner named Samantha and every single call we had, she would call at least 45 minutes late or cancel/reschedule at the last minute. This went on for months all through December. We had to order our invites without knowing the details because we had to get them out. I had reached out to their support and they told me that I should just try to communicate with the planner and she was one of their best. And that they understand weddings are stressful (telling me I was overreacting). So basically I had to deal with it. The last issue was a no call, no show for finalizing literally everything. And then a week goes by with no communication and I'm told we have a new wedding planner who then allows us to schedule but then cancels the call on the day of. Finally, I tell them I would like to speak to a manager and they said no manager was available and that they couldn't tell me when someone would be available to speak with me so I told them I would like to cancel everything and then they had someone reach out to me - too little too late. I now have less than 2 months before my wedding to plan my wedding with another company and no refund on my deposit. I now have to black out the location on my wedding invites - this has cost us money without even having my wedding here.

We had a private wedding ceremony and it was really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure everything went well. The best part is, I am now Mrs. Ly. I love you, Pon. Together and forever

Our wedding was just what we wanted; private, intimate and simple. We chose the Basic package which includes flowers, ceremony photos, traditional vows, and traditional wedding music. For the venue, we decided on the Victorian Chapel. Cece was very helpful with scheduling. Rev Ginnie gave us the perfect ceremony. Maggie did a great job with our photos and Marisol walked us through the selection process. Everyone was very professional, highly recommended!

Song is absolutely amazing to work with at every detail photography. She shares the same level of excitement as us when going through our stunning wedding photos. We received 104 photos, while others had over 300, which made us question if those photographers even wanted us there. Despite traveling all the way from California, the experience was not worth it. We faced multiple confirmed and canceled appointments, leading to confusion and uncertainty surrounding our wedding. The person we went through our wedding package with made last-minute changes, venue change, even confirming song choices right before we were about to walk down the aisle. Everything is so last minute and rushed even though I was easily the first person in the room. The staff (besides the photographer) at the wedding location completely ignored us, making us feel invisible. The ministers shoes fell off, the ministers handwriting is atrocious, the photographer stood in front of the camera at the beginning of the ceremony but someone was able to edit it out but to even have that as our wedding video first had me feeling uncomfortable. It was incredibly difficult to obtain any information beforehand due to the constant rescheduling and lack of knowledge from the substitute staff members. I attempted to resolve these issues with the manager, Kurtis, but he only mentioned watching a video of the incidents without providing any details about its location or content. He did promise to address the situation with his team and offered a $150 discount on a photo package. However, this discount was already included in the signature package we had purchased, making it feel like a dishonest attempt to resolve the matter. Kurtis refuse to email me back in a timely manner. It's been nearly 45 days of back and forth with him and he doesn't respond until weeks later. I believe it is important for the public to be aware of Kurtis and his treatment of customers. When I requested a meeting with Kurtis during my visit to Vegas, he came out and observed my family without saying a word, while inviting others to join him in the office. The entire office took weeks to respond to my inquiries, neglecting to make any calls or send texts. Overall, this company has shown bias, rudeness, and disrespect towards me. Despite these challenges, I want to express my gratitude to all the individuals who assisted us, especially Marisol and Song. They were the only ones who tried to help us out. Paid thousands to be treated like squatters is wild. Don't go here.

The place looks beautiful from the photos and me & my fiancé were excited to get married at this chapel. After meeting with the planner the cost of the wedding ceremony ALONE for 30 MINUTES went from $700 from what was advertised to $1600. We were very disappointed about the hidden fees that came along with the venue. Hidden fees was because we wanted our minister and our own acoustic and wouldn't even provided us surround sounds to support it. It became a $400 extra charge because we didn't want to use their stuff, when it should have been taken out of the cost. So stupid to pay an extra $500 just to bring in your own photographer and flowers. Like are you offended that we are not using your supply ??? Me and my fiancé were not willing to move forward with this venue after interacting with the planner. Unfortunately we lost our deposit but I'm definitely not willing to throw $1500 for a venue that I'm going to be in for 30 minutes and be rushed. I basically just threw away $100 to speak with someone that wanted to include more fees just because I wanted to customized the ceremony tailored to our vision. We felt as if we were not being taken care of and they just wanted to run with our money. Do not be fooled by their photos and advertisement online. Trust me there are better places than this.

Update: I asked for some of our money to be returned because of our experience and we were refunded 15% because even they recognized what a nightmare it was.

This place is an apex predator looking to pounce on its prey. My wife and I happened to be the grazing antelope in this situation . They use the lovey dovey and state of heightened emotion to their advantage and of course to the consumers disadvantage. Honestly I'd give them a two star but my hair looks on point in my photo and my wife so beautiful . On a serious note there are tons of hidden fees and add-ons that you won't really know about until after the fact. Our coordinator, Laura, advised a 10 minute posed photo shoot for $99 additional which my wife wanted in her emotional state. Unbeknownst to us, it was just a charge for the session. We do not get any photos from it and the very next day they wanted to charge us 700 dollars to own the rights to our photos. Otherwise we can purchase photos with watermark on them and they could freely use our photos on billboards and taxis. Hell, they could be on the cover of the next playboy magazine or someone else's only fans and we wouldn't know. Our limo driver, Mo, was excellent. He called and communicated his pickup time and location and even offered to take us back home without charge. Though I'm not sure if he's doing it out of his kind heart or just tip surfing. I lean towards the ladder. At the end of the event when we're happier than the 16 year old who just lost his virginity, the tip envelopes came out. They were all well above 30 dollars as the default amount. I'm a software engineer and the sound guy makes more than me!! 30 dollars in 10 minutes to place a mic on me. Boy did I choose the wrong industry. If it was up to me I would have done Elvis wedding for a cheap and fun wedding. But you know they say happy wife is happy life. Though we'd definitely do things differently if we could redo. Definitely wouldn't tip everyone the default amount. Definitely wouldn't do the photo package. Please stay far away unless you want to spend a smack ton of money while not in a sober state. To reiterate this place deserves a two star but because of my hair and beautiful wife I'll be lenient today.

ZERO STARS: Plan ID: 1296953 These people have STOLEN our money! We paid for our reservation in FULL. But wound up canceling due to the planner we were assigned to. Elynor Balanga, being extremely unprofessional, LYIN, trying to UPCHARGE us, NOT getting back to us regarding concerns, and NOT having management reach out to us! I wound up getting in contact with her. Manager Vicki to reinarate the situation. And explain why we needed to cancel. Only for her to wind up being just as UNPROFESSIONAL, a LIAR, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! AND SAW NOTHING WRONG WITH THE WAY ELYNOR TREATED US!! This woman said she would refund us, but NEVER did! We NEVER received an email confirmation or our money! I've left several messages with another manager by the name of MarryAnne. Who put me in contact with Vicki. But she hasn't returned any of my calls! I also left several messages with accounting, and they never returned my calls! I called in 4 days ago and spoke with a venue specialist by the name of Mesha. I explained the whole situation to her. As far as my issues with our assigned planner and her manager. She told me that she would pass the message along to management.(I told her that I wanted to speak to someone above Vicki and MarryAnne. Since they obviously don't care. And want to avoid refunding me.) The following morning when she gets in because "no one was in at the time". But here we are, no one has reached out to me! Today was the FINAL STRAW! I called in today and spoke to a woman by the name of Nancy. Who told me that she'd pass my message along to a manage by the name of Curtis. Who supposedly was the only one in today. But he ofcourse,NEVER returned my call either! California is only a 3 hour drive away. So it's looking like were going to have to SUE THEM, inorder to get our money back! I think it's funny how when I was first inquiring about making a reservation.The responses were almost immediate!(I was communicating back and with Aprial McClinton, a venue specialist.)But as soon as we paid our money. That all STOPPED! Now we CAN'T get help from ANYONE! This entire experience is BAFFLING and CRINGE worthy. And just plain SAD. But it's not your day. So I guess that's why it doesn't matter to you guy's.

An amazing experience for my now husband and I. My planner Jazlynn was super understanding. She was great and helpful. My wedding was spectacular and very special. I truly loved it. Helped book a reception place as well. And would definitely choose this place if you're look for literally everything in one.

I would recommend this chapel to anyone wanting to get married, no matter what anyone else thinks. My wife and I were married here going on 28 years ago! Let's not kid ourselves. It's a way to get married quickly without spending a LOT of money! When I was young I did not have much money but with the money I had, we got a limo ride, pictures, video and 27 year plus of bliss! It has been extraordinary life after the day were married right here on the Strip in Fabulous Las Vegas! They still offer packages and I spoke to the man marrying who told me he already married two couples that morning! Marriage isn't for everyone but if you feel like it, and your partner feel like it, you can get married here!

I got married August 18th and this place really could've done better with keeping up with what I ordered. Our package had 2 limos included and we added a car seat for our 1 year old neither limo had it. If I didn't ask the assigned coordinator Sarah to add flower petals to my package they wouldn't have given me the flower basket I also added. I wanted to have a guest book for all of our guests to sign which I added to my package but didn't receive. Lastly, even though we weren't expecting to pay $900-$1000 for our wedding photos we are close to being married a month and the person who was supposed to contact us to get more of our photos never called or emailed I had to call a few days ago and again was told I would be getting something that same day but received nothing. Other than all of that staff seemed very nice.

I was a guest in a wedding here....during COVID. I don't know anything about the planning or price...just my guest experience. total group including bride and groom was about 14 people. They have an adjacent parking lot for guests. We arrived a bit early (wedding party was on the way in Chapel of the Flowers limo) We were invited into the nicely air conditioned waiting room which we were happy to do! Once the rest of the guests and wedding party arrived we were escorted to the chapel. No pics were allowed inside so sorry I don't have any to share. the wedding was perfect. Short and sweet and elegant. Staff was super friendly. only negative is that after the ceremony we were moved to an outside tent that had a swamp cooler (which wasn't turned on). it was scorching hot. good thing we weren't there for long. Went and took a group pic and got back in our car and were off.

So it's Vegas and it's a chapel off the strip. It is here to serve a purpose. It is not a small run in and 10 minutes later your married, but it is also not the thing dream weddings are made of! There is limited parking in the dirt gravel lot next to the chapel. This was a turn off for me as a guest because instantly my shoes were dirty before getting to the chapel. Upon arriving, the chapel was very nice and clean. It had a hint of elegance, a lil glam, and simplicity. I was actually impressed, because when you think about strip wedding I think Elvis, 1960s bad romance, and cheesiness! Not what you got when you walk into the actual chapel. I left to use the restroom, Olin entering the atrium the groom was having a heated discussion with the team about NOT paying any more money and what was his money paying for. I do not know the details, but I would advise reading the contract thoroughly and know exactly what is and is NOT included. Everything will be a la carte so if you want it you gotta for it if is not in your package. The other reviews are correct! If you are not there on time the doors will be locked and you won't be allowed in. I went to the restroom, which was next door in the attached building and almost was allowed back in. I made it in and the ceremony was nice and simple 15 minutes tops! After the ceremony we the guests were escorted out in the desert heat to wait for the bride and groom to finish pictures. Luckily the weather was great, but unacceptable when it is 100+ degrees outside. There should be an overflow area that is not outside in the sun. Another wedding arrived and we were ushered out of the parking lot to make room and we continued on with the celebratory festivities on the strip. Don't expect much, read contract, and be on time!

Unfortunately the staff here seems to be over worked and under trained. You would think that for a wedding factory they would have their process down pat! This was not the case on our first and last visit to this establishment. We watched the facility web video prior to arriving to ensure we were where we need to be. We clearly followed all of the instructions provided. We drove in from CA on a 6 hour drive to join our friends for the special day. We checked in and were directed to the main lobby to wait until the start of the ceremony. We waited for a while in the lobby as told by staff but they did not return for as the said they would. When we finally went out we were told that our friends 10-15 min ceremony was over! :(.. It was truly unfortunate that we were unable to join our friends at their wedding after traveling in from out of state and making all the arrangements to be early!!! In the end we were offered a pathetic "we are sorry". I guess when you are in Vegas you certainly roll the dice. Guest and wedding party be aware. On a positive note, the King, Joy Franklin your Elvis, entertained us as we sadly walked back to the parking lot to get our car. :(......

I absolutely had the best experience here. Shelby was my guide through the whole process and was quick to answer my questions and was extremely professional. In the photo department I worked with Nicholas and he was amazing. I am glad I chose this venue and will recommend it to everyone!

I had my ceremony at this location in April. Don't get me wrong, it was a great day and I'm happy but there were some glaring issues with this place. First, it was so hard to get a hold of anyone regarding questions about pricing or the ceremony itself. Another thing was that the ceremony itself was around $1,000 and just to get my wedding photos was $800. You don't get a practice run or an idea of where you are going to stand until the second it is happening, this made me a little uncomfortable since I didn't know what was going on. Now to get to the 2 biggest issues. First, when receiving my photos and video the names are incorrect. We received the correct photos but it was not our name on the video. Second, and the worst thing was the officiant kept saying my name wrong. When I replay the video you can hear me say "that's not my name, my name is..." I had met him beforehand and I had introduced myself to him and he still couldn't get it right during my ceremony. I guess you get what you pay for, but thankfully this was not the only ceremony we had.

Got married January 2023 and I have to give this place a review!!! This is such a beautiful chapel and everyone there was so helpful. I had a few planners but with each one I was assigned to was very attentive and caring to ensure our day was special. I encourage anyone to purchase the photo package that gives you the copyrights to all of your photos!!! Sooo worth it! There was one mistake and the wrong version of our exit song was played but they corrected on our actual video promptly. I was so into the moment I didn't care the day of. So I would just say make sure the day of your wedding they have it all correct by visually showing them the song. We will never forget the day, they made sure it was all memorable and we got exactly what we wanted

Anastasia in the photo department went above and beyond for our daughters wedding! I will forever be thankful for her help today. Now we have a wonderful keepsake to share with all our family for years to come! Thank you again. We appreciate you greatly! Mr & Mrs Roach

Where do I start? Though something completely unplanned Reverend Jeff made the experience very easy for us and comfortable- his calm, comedic personality made us feel welcome and we shared laughter up until the moment it was time for the ceremony. The space was neat and elegant, this property is kept up very well. We had a small ceremony that consisted of three, nonetheless, everything was perfect and magical for a lack of better words. Jeff was not only an amazing reverend but a great photographer and caught some beautiful shots of my wife and I. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking to get married in Vegas, make sure you ask for Jeff! Thank you for making our day just that much more special. - Jas & Tiara

Well it's all started 2 months ago.. paid our deposit and waited to hear from someone.. called.. called... emailed... called... and got nothing.. we wanted the venue so we paid the full amount once it said it was due. "We used a credit card to dispute in the event of fraud"... 2 more weeks go by. We complete our website and figure we might as well drive the 7 hours get our license and stop by to see the place. Our package said we got a consultation and tour but when we arrived we where told they didn't have time to see us and to leave. 3 days go by and I leave a voicemail stating I will be disputing transaction and ended my agreement with them since they are in breach of contract. It was then I get a phone call 20 minutes later. Week of wedding I noticed half my vows are missing and again called...called...called..emailed... called... nothing happened nothing changed. DAY OF EVENT. Totally unorganized. We had zero idea as to what was going on and they don't help at all. Limo was late for groom so bride had to wait and be late as well. Morning of we called to make sure we had both limos taking us back after ceremony and are told no only one. So we arrange separate forms of transportation for our family and friends. During wedding you can hear people loud and obnoxious in the hallway and even the recording caught the noises. They don't use any info on the website and instead will just bombshell you with questions 4 minutes before you supposed to walk. So now everyone's confused and it's a shit show.. After ceremony efficient walks you to a 4ftx4ft room and says "how will you be paying me". Not congrats, how did I do, or even short conversations. This led us to feel trapped and honestly mugged. We ended up not tipping the guy due to this. Once walking outside for photos they decide to tell us BOTH limos are our side waiting. Now I have a bus I didn't need to pay for but got because they told me I only had one limo. Next day we arrive at our photo viewing I first saw another groom pissed in the waiting area and was like umm okay. Then I realized why he was pissed... they will blind sided you with their photo prices. The website booking makes it sound like you get the photos with the 700 dollar photographer but really your getting nothing but 1 5x7 for that price. If you want any photos your paying a minimum of 800. We complained and explained everything that happened and it felt like they didn't care and just wanted us gone. Lesson learned AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Go somewhere else.

This place was very professional and very accommodating. My brother got married there. We were late because with our luck a train passed by about 5 minutes from getting there but they had no problem with us showing up late. The ceremony was short and to the point but beautiful. Only drawback is while we were taking pictures a homeless guy came up and started asking questions about who was getting married and so on but a staff member quickly realized he did not belong there and escorted him out.

Could not wait 5 minutes for Groom's parents and best man to arrive at the venue, because the officiant had to be at another venue right after. Sounds like they need to check their schedule and allow time for an acceptable amount of travel. But was the officiant rushing to the next venue after? Nope he stuck around for at least 15 minutes. So I really don't know why he couldn't have waited the 5 minutes.
