Great service and great food. The ice cream is to die for!! Great selection of hot drinks with generous portions . I had the smoked salmon salad and my daughter the cheese burger meal. We will definitely be going back again

What a lovely coffee shop. Fabulous coffee and cake. Staff were very welcoming.

Best scones ever, beats Savoy in London, beats Ritz Carlton in London. Coffee is great, friendly service and good prices.

Dog friendly was the only good thing about this place. Very cold in there. Wouldn't serve hot food until 11:30 (even though they advertise serving breakfast). Shortbread was rock hard. Over priced.

Abysmal. Service was slow and indolent. Waited over 15 minutes for my order to then have the waitress come back to tell me they weren't serving burgers today and to re order. I then waited a further half hour for a toasted panini with a forkful of rubbish chips. Something about the cheese tasted off and I struggled to eat even half. To make matters worse, the rest of the party I came in with had already had their meals and finished them a good 10 minutes before mine even arrived- although two of them had to go back and chase up their drinks which had been forgotten. Place seems to have more staff shuffling about than customers as the place was dead aside from the 6 of us (none of us had a good word to say about the quality of the food) Cash only place which normally isn't an issue. But the till didn't work properly so spent ages waiting to have the boy behind the till struggle to add up the totals. Highly recommend to avoid this place and go to any of the other cafes on the same street. Not only is their service better and food tastier, but they are actually a bit cheaper too!

Lovely little cafe specialising in home baked goods and coffee. We had cake, a toastie, and a baguette. All were excellent. As was the coffee. Nice friendly people. Note cash only establishment.

Snack and light bite menu, jacket potatoes, paninis, toasties etc. Also lovely fresh cakes. We had 2 hot chocolates and they were hot enough to drink after we'd eaten, unlike some other high street coffee shops where the drinks are like warm. Friendly service from an independent cafe.
