Chapmans Peak Hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel has a beautiful view over the beach and is sheltered from the strong south westerly winds. The restaurant is very popular and serves great local fish and other dishes. The rooms are spacious and modern. Our room had no view and was at the back of the hotel which was disappointing so be aware that you may need to pay a premium for a room with a view. There is indoor secure off street parking with security access.

The Calamari was way too oily and overpriced. Not sure what’s happened, it used to be amazing. Service was good, just a great shame about the quality of food.

I had the calamari rings and chips for R250. It was an oily mess - would not recommend. Service was great however.

went for an early lunch. food was good and service prompt. unfortunate that they allow smoking on the sunny deck in the restaurant area

Couldn’t get a better view in South Africa. Pleasant, inviting and a really pleasant place to have sundowners and a dinner . The fireplace in winter, is a must.

Best calamari, and good service. Always busy, but they don’t take bookings so arrive early.

We just popped in for a quick light meal and it was Soooo delicious 😋

Chapman Peak Hotel Restaurant is always a treat, however their prices have gone up to eye watering prices since 2024.
