Room were very nice and generally good service. Amazing jungle views. The pool area seems dirty in areas with mould on the pool beds and the pool towels were a bit worn. Would be better if they put out fresh coverings each day.

We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The nature and the views are breathtaking, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Everything was perfect from start to finish. As a professional athlete, I found the gym to be more than sufficient and very well equipped, which was a big plus for me. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and we would definitely love to come back!

Definition of a 5 star hotel. From the service to the amenities, everything was wonderful. It is a wonderful experience to enjoy seeing the jungle every morning when the sun comes out or even when it is raining. The sound of the river as you are in the beautiful infinity pool helps rejuvenates your mind and soul. Highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Ubud for vacation.

What an incredible place. Everything from the staff to the location to the food was amazing. The breakfast is absolutely jummy with great pastries and delicious coffee (very good baristas!!). If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Ubud area, go here. There are also some nice activities in the nearby area, including the five arts studio. Another option is to walk the ridge walk from the resort, which might be an even better option than starting in Ubud centre if you ask me.
