I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially loved the attention to detail and the luxurious amenities provided. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

This hotel truly feels like a little paradise. From the delicious breakfast to the relaxing spa treatments – everything was just perfect. The shuttle service was super convenient. A big thank you to the staff for their amazing work – such honest and kind people. You made our stay truly special. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in Ubud. Highly recommended!

Definition of a 5 star hotel. From the service to the amenities, everything was wonderful. It is a wonderful experience to enjoy seeing the jungle every morning when the sun comes out or even when it is raining. The sound of the river as you are in the beautiful infinity pool helps rejuvenates your mind and soul. Highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Ubud for vacation.

One of the most amazing resort experiences of my life. Perfect location - wonderful private Villa with private pool. Large open garden with views of the jungle canopy. Open plan bed/lounge area, separate dressing room and separate bath. As well as very expansive outside dining/ lounge with kitchenette. Room service was perfect. Option of three different dining/lunch venues which made for new daily experiences. I hesitated at the idea of lunching at the main pool - tuned out to be a very enjoyable experience and they got us a very special wine from the upper level. The cherry on the cake was the subterranean Spa just above the river - cool drafts and calming sound of the river with absolutely professional masseurs was exactly what my tired old frame needed. That said our Villa was high on the hill and the 170 stairs it takes to get back from the Spa - made for more agile younger people - but I did the full trip twice a day and half again at lunch at their Jungle Fish restaurant. They have a very good wine list. Nothing was too much trouble for them to cope with this fussy traveler’s needs - well done team Sebali - I highly recommend - I give them 5 stars

My favorite hotel among all 5 hotels I stayed in Bali. Arrived with huge rain but staff been very helpful to help our family. Lovely room with pool. Breakfast was the best I had in all hotels. The hotel was in very nice and peaceful surroundings, its shame we only stayed 1 night. But will definitely return to stay longer when visit Bali next time.

Our time at Chapung Sebali was like a dream. The resort itself was stunning, the villa we stayed in "the Residence" palatial. The food at each of the restaurants was beyond delicious, with us finishing every bite at every meal. The Blind Pig was a fantastic little getaway spot for a cocktail and a game, which felt so private and comfortable. The pool, both the main pool and our villa pool was huge and well laid out, with built in places to sit and child friendly areas. The spa was heavenly and the yoga class nestled in what felt like a tree house transported you and really helped block out everything except the nature surrounding you. Despite the excellence across all areas mentioned, the stand out feature of the Chapung Sebali experience is the staff. From the moment Tana picked us up at the airport, until the last wave goodbye, evey single staff member was as professional, enthusiastic and exceptional at their individual role. When you walked into a room everyone stopped to greet you like you were royalty, they engaged the children in conversation and treated them with enthusiasm and affection. Every query and request was actioned effectively and efficiently and the genuine care and interest shown for us was second to none. Every single member of staff was as exceptional as the last - something I have NEVER come across in my life. We cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful experience and highly recommend Champung Sebali.
