I came in needing assistance with an issue on my account, and Barbara Graff went above and beyond to help. She was kind, attentive, and handled everything with professionalism. My issue was quickly resolved in a courteous and timely manner, and she took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the next steps clearly, and demonstrated how to use app features. I appreciate Barbara's excellent service and patience!

I had some time sensitive problems and Mr Shuo was extremely helpful. I got everything I needed and also discussed some unrelated things helpful for navigating the US financial system while my issue was being resolved. Kudos. I wish I had the name of the first person who approached me, they were the polar opposite and even joked about my situation. Had no Mr Shuo intervened, I don't know if I got a satisfactory resolution. The only reason this is not a higher review is because of the other staff member's attitude.

David (who started working at this branch a month ago) was very warm and welcoming. I stepped into this branch for the first time in the rain, for I needed a cashier's check for the next day. He set me up with some hot tea, a quiet office to call Charles Schwab banking, and an umbrella for when I get back out there again. Great customer service. You'll be in good hands here.

The receptionist/customer service representative, Ms Barbara J Graff provided my elderly mother with tremendous service and attention in straightening out various account issues. She was patient and accurate and spent all the time needed to handle problems that the family put aside for several years. Many thanks to her.

My financial advisor recommended a specific broker at this location. The broker was extremely helpful and communicative getting my money in his institution. Once the money was deposited, over the course of the next two months the advisor has ignored a dozen phone calls, direct emails, and messages through the Charles Schwab site about his recommendations to actually invest the money so it's just sitting there earning no interest. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Will look for a new bank soon (and financial advisor!).

100% disappointed in this office located at 100 7th Street, Brooklyn NY. First: Walked in and there was no receptionist. The other person in the outer office did not acknowledge my presence. Nor did another person sitting behind the Schwab employee in the outer office. I had to ask him for help. I was then told by this person also sitting in the outer office that the receptionist would be right back from a bathroom break. He never asked if he could be if assistance. so I waited another 8 minutes for the receptionist to return. Second: I presented a letter to the receptionist requesting the division of a Trust into three separate Schwab accounts. After reviewing the letter the receptionist accepted the letter. Leaving me to believe that the information in the letter was exactly what Schwab needed to carry out the request. Subsequently, I received an email from Schwab with a reference number and that I was to call them to discuss the problems as to why Schwab could not process the request in the letter. The letter should have been reviewed at the Schwab office to ensure that the correct content was there prior to accepting it for processing. If the receptionist was unaware/unsure that the contents/information/instructions in the letter were sufficient .......she should have contacted a Schwab employee for the information needed to process the client's request. The Schwab employees in this office acted unprofessionally. Thank you

This Texas-based brokerage firm is atrocious!!! I had a cash brokerage account (no margin) and requested a debit card. They sent me a letter saying my application for a debit card was declined and that my account was being forcibly closed. When I called for a reason, they told me "we don't want to do business with you". Later, I found out that they closed my account because my credit score was too low. I was not even aware that Schwab checked my credit report as a condition for maintaining a cash brokerage account. They are dishonest, dissolute, and disreputable. Their motto is "Own your tomorrow", but they should change their motto to "If y'all want to own your tomorrow, DON'T TRUST CHUCK"!

Excellent service! Had been going back and forth with the customer service line but the local crew answered all my questions and solved my issue in five minutes.

I came by on a Friday morning right when they opened. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and understanding of my issue and my bed to expedite a resolution.

Banking with Schwab is easy, no hassles, friendly service. I've used the other familiar banks (not mentioning names) their services cannot matched. Now, you go find out what you've been missing, hey, no standing in line as at the so-called big banks.
