Low Rating Confirmed. I went on an afternoon and was told they only have one finance person and that he was busy with another client. I have a brokerage account with Schwab and I wanted to invest more in a retirement account, so the person at the counter checked my account and told me I should be getting a call from the finance person. After a month, there was no call, not even a voicemail nor an email. No wonder the branch is rated so low.

They closed early! I wasn't able to deposit my large check. I don't understand why businesses don't stay open until their posted hours. Highly inconvenient because I start work tomorrow don't have any branches near my workplace. Now it'll be days before I can deposit this check.

I will never trust this branch with my personal information. I went to this branch earlier today to sign up for an account. The woman at the front desk, I think her name was Patricia, was being loud with people’s account numbers and had representatives on speaker phone. I was standing in the back by the door and heard all of the account information of the person at the counter. When I was creating an account, something happened and she loudly told me another account number that did not belong to me from across the room and then loudly said my birthday in it’s entirety. I left without finalizing my account because it is extremely unprofessional to let others hear account numbers, balances, and birthdays. I will take my business elsewhere.

The girls at the front counter are so rude and condescending, I walked out. They lose out on my corporate sep-ira accounts I was going to sign up for my corporation. Went to vanguard instead. Stay away they don’t know how to be nice obviously.

I have had generally good experiences when I have gone to this Schwab branch. My needs are relatively straightforward, that may be why I had a more positive experience than others. I have gone to this branch about 2-3 times to deposit checks and the staff there clearly communicated with me about hold times on the funds and deposited the money right away. I have yet to use their consultation services.

I opened a TD Ameritrade account at this place, the gentlemen at the counter, who worked for Charles Schwab, was so kind to help me out. He was an excellent worker who really gave his all. I don't know much more than the lobby and the iPad I used to make my account but he was a real star. Thank you sir!

I have had a Charles Schwab Checking and Brokerage accounts for several years.. The reason I have their accounts is for International travel. Do all my business online and have never had a problem, I didn't even know they had in person service. So my 4 stars is for Online. It is apparent( from Reviews) that the Branch service is Systemically Broken. That is not acceptable.

Really need to focus on customer service as it is their customers that are paying for these representatives at this branch. It was a waste of my time going there in person..... they kept pushing me to use the online service but there are times you just need to speak to a customer service representative in person but it's apparent that this branch is not the one to do so. I've been a customer for over 25 years with TD but if this is what I can expect then maybe I should take my account elsewhere

I totally understand why this location has 2 stars. I have been waiting almost a month to speak with someone via telephone and I get a call today out the blue from someone name Brian and I tell him that I have a meeting in 5 mins but I was available to speak with him in 30 mins after my call. He then blows me off and tells me that I am welcome to call the customer service line and schedule to speak with someone else. I was so irritated. I am so unhappy with these people. I will be considering canceling my account.

Went here to open up the checking account that has 0 transaction fee worldwide! Its a clean office and they have a keurig machine for your beverage of choice. Setting up an account was hassle free and the service was excellent. The card was delivered right away. All fees are reimbursed! Why would you take any other cards worldwide for atm purposes? I have not used the brokerage account here as I have other accounts for retirement, roth ira, and robinhood app for domestic investments and options trading. There are no atms here. Its meant to be used anywhere!

Do not come here for your banking needs. If you have a Schwab bank account you are better off doing everything online and through the app. The girls at the front lack any customer service skills. You are not greeted when you walk in and any interaction with them feels like a chore.

Very bizarre encounter with rep at the desk who refused to identify himself. Wrote to President of firm as I felt this was the most outrageous experience I have ever had in customer service with an entity that holds my money or any business, for that matter. Was given misinformation in the office - per their 800 line- and when I went back in, as telephone rep suggested, same guy became, in my opinion, visibly angry that I was questioning the incorrect information. Would not speak to me and refused to give me branch manager's name also. Told me verbatim" No one will help you here"! He said he didn't like my attitude ( never raised my voice, never said a harsh word ! ) and then proceeded to tell me that in fact he was going to call police in 2 min because he didn't like my attitude!!! Like Twilight Zone! I guess if they don't take a fancy to you or don't like questioning their information, they simply don't talk to you or worse??? Crazy! I am hoping this was a singular incident of someone having a very bad day and not indicative of how this office normally does business but the rest of the negative reviews concern me. Treating people like this is unacceptable, and a senior citizen, no less. I am looking at transferring to another financial institution after this totally bizarre experience since I have no idea if I can expect service anytime I go in this office

In the process of interviewing various Financial advisors. I Called this office 3 times to request an appointment to sit down and discuss my needs. Nobody ever answered the call nor returned my calls. It's mind boggling, considering I have a decent amount of money looking to invest. I'm definitely going elsewhere.

I've tried calling NO ANSWER!!!! I've tried emailing NO ANSWER!!!!!! I've tried their general line for help NOT HELPFUL!!!! I've tried filling out the online questionnaire NO ANSWER!!! WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU MY $100,000 BUSINESS IF YOU DONT ANSWER UPDATE: It took every long for your reply! I can only imagine the wait if I needed help with my funds.

Totally disappointed in this Charles Schwab office. I've been waiting going on two months now trying to get someone to help me with my investment/retirement strageties. They say how they're wanting to help people secure their financial futures, but unless you have a boat load of money to invest they really don't want to bother with you. All I needed was someone to explain annuities and have a financial plan drawn up for me, I gave them the information they needed for the financial plan and still haven't even got that. No one in that office I suppose knows nothing about annuities? I have to have someone specialized in annuities? I find that hard to believe. I have gone elsewhere and got immediate help with my finances. Don't waste your time with this office.

Stay away. Girls at front are rude and condescending and don't know what customer service is all about. I know vanguard has been extremely nice and accommodating. Never any problems. Guess I'll keep going to them. Too bad, Charles Schwab seemed promising.
