Bought the Spanish moss and first impression right out of the package was , really nice unique scent. A little faint but was impressed. However, once it’s lit .. you can’t smell anything. About 4 hours of use and after the waxed hardened up , the candle has zero scent now. Very disappointing in the quality and took a long time for packaging and shipping. 13 days from purchase to receiving this in Vermont.

I recently attended a candle-making class as part of a bachelorette party and it was a fantastic experience! The owners were incredibly easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The store itself was cute and cozy. The space for the candle class was the perfect size for our group of 10. Overall, it was a fun and unique experience—highly recommended for anyone looking for a creative activity while visiting Charleston!

My review is primarily of the candle making class since I couldn't find them on TripAdvisor to leave a review there. Our group absolutely enjoyed every moment of our class. Chazz was a great instructor and was patient with all of our questions on mixing different scents. It wasn't a complicated chemistry project so it was all fun. Our candles were ready for pick up in their pretty green bags the following day as promised. Even the booking was simple and just required a deposit to hold the date and balance due beforehand. So far I've only lit one of the candles and have enjoyed the fragrance- light and beachy! Very happy with our experience and their products!

Cute, little store with plenty of candle selection. Friendly staff. Recommend walking through the current construction near the store as you will surely find a candle to your liking.

A gem of a store in Charleston!! I have been buying their candles for years, but finally got to pop into the store in April. It's so cozy and beautiful! Not only am I in love with their clean candles, but I also loved all of the other locally sourced goods in their shop. The owners are so friendly and kind. My absolute favorite scent is Sullivan's Island, but I also love and always have Southern Magnolia and Daniel Island on hand.

I love my candle! The scent is perfect for my living room. It’s not overpowering but strong enough to be noticeable. The owner is so kind, and they are someone I definitely want to support with my purchases! I love the idea of supporting a family by buying a candle from them!

Very dissatisfied/disappointed with the SOUTHERN MAGNOLIA candle. It is so faintly scented; gives off very little "throw". My fam/visitors couldn't really smell it either. I would have given one star but I also purchased Folly Beach & Sweetgrass Basket and they were definitely stronger and had more staying power. Lovely. However makes me hesitant to purchase other scents not knowing how they'll emit scent, or not. I visit Charleston about 2x a year so not easy to smell them. The people in the store were very pleasant though.
