Charleston restaurant Karlovy Vary

Pleasant restaurant with beautiful decor and atmosphere. Soft piano music played in the background as we ate. The duck breast as well as the beef cheek stew were superb. The service was remarkably average. Also, if you like wine, there are only two choices (Merlot and Chardonnay). Overall, not a bad spot to dine though. Clear 4 out of 5 stars.

Great spot for traditional Czech cuisine. Can find most of the local favorites here. Old school atmosphere that has it special charm.

Even if I know what to expect it is still great to return to this place and enjoy the food, the drinks and atmosphere! This time it was garlic bread they served despite it is not listed in the menu. Feels like home😍 And the schnitzel was perfect 👌🏼

If it was for the food, I would give a higher rating. However, the waiter who served was not helpful or even rude. When I complained that drink was not cold, his answer was simply “ that is what we have”

I really recommend this restaurant, great food and lovely atmosphere and decor. Tasty beef carpaccio with parmesan. Furthermore we have tried soup with mushrooms and beef cheeks with smashed potato were delicious. Caesar salad was ok- standard and good.

After eight years, we came back here and had to come back to this restaurant for our last dinner in the Czech Republic. Everything was perfect: friendly service, eight years of stable deliciousness, all the decorations were still so clean, and I enjoyed this journey to find the good old days and things that have not changed.

Such a cool little spot. Top quality food. Best duck I have ever eaten. Beers flow quite easily too. Amazing

Mixed feelings about our experience - Stroganoff was not good at all, only fatty pieces from the meat and the sauce wasn’t great I was really disappointed - The duck was ok, not special - I ended up having Carpaccio which was great and we had a dessert was also good The service was good, but the atmosphere wasn’t really great, I wouldn’t recommend it

Looking for a great place to have lunch this place did not disappoint! It was wonderful I had the veal schnitzel, it was light and crispy the veal was so tender it came with pickles and a side I got fries wish I'd gotten the other potatoes. Don't get me wrong they were hot and crispy. My husband had the chicken pasta, the pasta was cooked to perfection and the spinach was just lightly wilted and the chicken was moist and tender .

Most excellent traditional duck with dumplings and purple cabbage. My daughter had the pork chops and also was very happy. Reasonably priced.
