Although I'm a long-term customer (previously satisfied), the customer service I received with my last order was VERY disappointing. I ordered a black sandle and was sent a pimento orange one and was told it was a final sale. When I proved the order was for a black pair, I was told they'd issue an exchange but only after I drove 20 minutes to a UPS store and they received the pair they sent in error. Given shipping time, this meant I missed out on the season for wearing the sandals, which have yet to arrive. When I questioned the policy, I was told that mistakes are often made during "sale season." But that doesn't mean customers should have to pay for the company's mistake by waiting over a month to receive the correct order. I"m unlikely to order again, although the shoes are generally well-made and practical.

Beautiful and clean shop with such helpful workers. The shoes are wonderful and very comfy with lots of variety! Highly recommend coming here for comfy and high quality shoe picks for the summer!

Thanks for the paper sign on the door to tell me that youre closed on Wednesdays. Drove an hour and a half for this disappointment.
