Although I'm a long-term customer (previously satisfied), the customer service I received with my last order was VERY disappointing. I ordered a black sandle and was sent a pimento orange one and was told it was a final sale. When I proved the order was for a black pair, I was told they'd issue an exchange but only after I drove 20 minutes to a UPS store and they received the pair they sent in error. Given shipping time, this meant I missed out on the season for wearing the sandals, which have yet to arrive. When I questioned the policy, I was told that mistakes are often made during "sale season." But that doesn't mean customers should have to pay for the company's mistake by waiting over a month to receive the correct order. I"m unlikely to order again, although the shoes are generally well-made and practical.
