Charlie Brown Crepes

It’s a little crepe treasure across the street from bookstore and movie theater. The line gets long and if you are someone who is expecting McDonalds speed - please tame your expectations but if you are expecting fresh delicious crepes made carefully balanced and you are willing to wait for them - this place is for you. The staff is friendly and cares about their customers. Many will take away vs waiting for an outdoor seat. The crepes are very filling and you can completely customize them. Here I took a sweet breakfast crepe, added goat cheese and honey drizzle and took out maple syrup - it was delicious! Also beware of neighborhood visitors - don’t leave your food unattended.

I recently visited Charlie Brown Crepes and ordered the sugar and butter flavor. It was delicious! The crepe tasted great, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It's definitely a sweet spot to indulge in a treat. I’ll be back for more!

A must stop for either a savoury or sweet crepe; we visited 3 nights in a row while in town, we just couldn't get enough! The savoury are incredible but the sweet are beyond incredible.

I had the Charlie Brown crepes at $16, so there’s bananas, walnut, caramel sauce, and whipped cream. It’s a cute little food truck in one corner. And the crepes was freshly made, and tastes good. There’s 2-3 car park spaces just right outside of it.

An average of NZD$16-17 for the savory and a little under NZD$15 for the sweet options. So, if you're traveling with others, I recommend to get one from each menu to get a taste. It's a rather large size with very crispy edges. However, they're only working with 3 flat pans so you'll need to wait about 5-10minutes depending how many orders are ahead of you. Very pleasant service with a quaint corner to wait for your orders. But, don't get the iced chocolate. Tad too sweet and milky, not enough chocolate.

The wait was long, the taste was average, but the guy making crepes was really handsome. Maybe the wait was worth it for him

The chocolate drink was horrendous. Lacking chocolate flavor as you can see by the colour there… avoid. The crepe itself was alright a bit soggy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Some of the best crepes I’ve ever had. Super cute spot with outdoor seating. A must if you’re in the area.

Delicious little food truck in Wanaka! We were looking for an afternoon snack and this was a great stop. The two team members taking orders and making crepes were very friendly and offered suggestions for my flavor indecisiveness. I love that they offer a gluten free crepe! You don't see this often, especially out of food trucks, so that was a special surprise. Delicious, warm, crispy around the edges but soft in the middle - crepe perfection. Keep up the great work!

We came here for a quick breakfast stop. It's like a permanently fixed food truck but few tables were setup next to the truck . Such good crepes , wish I could eat here again. They have a few vegetarian savory crepe options and an extensive coffee menu. Lots of sweet/dessert crepes as well.

Great tasting Crepes. Got the Kiwi for savory and Charlie Brown for sweet. Both very tasty. And highly recommend coming here.

I don't think I've had a real crepe until I came here. Absolutely perfect place to stop for a sweet bite. They also have coffee and hot chocolate and the option to make vegan. We enjoyed this place and came here twice.

What a great breakfast spot. We ate here before heading to hike in the area. It was quick, convenient, and decently priced. There's such a wonderful variety of crepes to choose from, sweet and savory, so you know there will be an option for everyone! Felt very authentic to traditional crepes. They were a little messy, but delicious!

Friendly folks serving great tasting crepes, freshly made right in front of your eyes. Good veggie options and reasonable prices :)
