I first heard of Charlie's when I was called for a meeting by one of my bands and they wanted to have some burgers. So I was like, "okay, burgers, whatever." I was awkward at first because there was a carwash right beside it, but at night it's fine. It's not so noisy and busy so you can focus on your food and not worry that any soap dud will fly to your burger.
My favorite branch became the one right beside Uncle Moe's. This one is the branch in East Kapitolyo. It's nice and quiet and years back, a lot of long boarders would skate on the street. It can get difficult to park, but when you're craving, there are no boundaries.
I usually order their Angus burger which seems boring compared to all their other burgers, but when I'm hungry, I can finish two of them. I don't know, I guess I just fell in love with it. Sometimes I would match it with a Salted Caramel Milkshake, but most days I like to pair it with a beer.
They have different beers both local and foreign. So just take your pick.
If you're not up for a burger though, I would suggest that you order some buffalo wings, how spicy you want it is up to you, but I promise that the punyeta sauce is only for the adventurous.
Also, don't forget to get a siding of dirty fries and for sure, you'll be leaving Charlie's with a little food baby bump.
