An absolutely delightful experience. A new and fresh perspective on Sibiu, to sip on a coffee above the Evangelical church clock tower is a fresh way to be inspired by the city (even for myself as a local). The staff at Charlie’s is cool & friendly. They put a lot of heart into their work. They’ll advise you on the best choice of coffee for you, for myself they were super informative of what they were serving and how it is best prepared. They are smiling & happy to be of service. The food is also delicious. I 10/10 recommend for the staff, ambiance and great flat whites and of course a yummy brunch!

Probably the best brunch spot in Sibiu, and the new location on Turnului looks amazing and the food is as delicious as in the other locations. Must try eggs in panko and the romanian dumplings with a floral twist. Great food and amazing plating. Color palette in the new location is so warm and cozy.

Lovely café in the heart of Sibiu’s old town. Cozy, calm interior with great indie music and relaxed vibes. We tried a cappuccino, coconut cold brew and strawberry matcha. For food, we had a croissant with avocado and poached egg, a Japanese-style sandwich (our top pick) and a grilled cheese. Service was friendly and fluent in English. Drinks arrived quickly, but food took about 30 minutes and wasn’t hot when served, suggesting it had been waiting. Still, everything tasted great. Definitely a recommended spot for breakfast or brunch :)

This was the best breakfast I had in a while. Breakfast options can get quite repetitive, but the fried avocado on brioche bread was a banger. So much flavour! For 2 mains and 2 coffees we paid about 110RON (£19/€22). Staff was friendly and they gave an English menu as well. I'd go back any time!

It is important to mention-We didn't eat. We tried to sit, but the waitress was extremely rude. Besides that, he notified the food that it would take one hour to be prepared and served. We left for a place where client service is more appropriate and food is served within a reasonable time frame. I'm seeing here all the good reviews about the place- but for me service and attitude are everything.

Great place with really good coffee, nice and interesting food and especially exceedingly nice staff!

The food was very tasty. I don’t know if they cook umami, but the flavors in each dish were just like a story. I did enjoy the pancakes with gem made out of milk. The coffee also nice and good. The service was kind. 👍

The place is nice and the food is good not super good, maybe a bit costly for what you get. I like the fact that the owners are working here and make it a very pleasant service.
