Cozy little family restaurant with great service, food and drinks! Had nachos, mini burgers, bravas, carrot cake, Oreo cake and about 3 Moscow mules! Very authentic, great vibes! Worth the visit.

Get immersed in this authentic café ambiented in the most classic-Hollywood-style atmosphere. From Rita Hayworth, to Charlie Chaplin and Audrey Hepburn, passing by the prominent Marilyn Monroe, the red brick walls of this place are a total tribute to the old films. Nice Lavazza coffee and typical European pastries. While the croissants must come from a provider, the muffins and red velvet cake are quite promising. A nice place to enjoy your morning coffee in the heart of the Esquerra del Eixample in BCN.

Great spot for an afternoon lunch. Tasty 3 course fixed price menu for 12.50 € including a beer. Friendly staff. Casual atmosphere.

The place is nice and one of the bar staff is very friendly and accommodating, but I was somewhat put off, having eaten a snack there, to find myself waiting for the toilet for a few minutes and then discover that the person who had just served me our food (which had clearly been handled as it was a sandwich) had been doing a poo, and walked out without washing his hands. 5 minutes later he was smoking outside. It made me seriously question the hygiene of the establishment, naturally. I have noticed this quite often in other bars/restaurants throughout Spain in the 10 years I have lived here, and I find it extraordinary that people handling and serving food to customers (including young children) don’t consider it necessary to wash their hands after doing number twos.

Service was really attentive and dealt with our language deficiency with a smile. Food was adequate for a snack but the burger options were quite enticing. In the end, only ordered some basic nachos with guac. Wife had a beer and I had a very well made bombay saphire and tonic. Strongly recommend for a quick stop.

They have a great dinner lunch. The service is really good and the food is tasty. Probably you'll be able to find cheaper lunch menu but is a good menu.

I was extremely hangry when I found this place. I had the tortiglioni with white chocolate and sobrasada and it fixed me right up. The cuttlefish also extremely tasty.

Very delicious food. Everything was fresh especially the burger and it was cooked to perfection. They speak English there too so that was a plus. Not the best fries but you could tell they were fresh as well.

Not really a breakfast place, although you can have breakfast. I had a very small and hard bagel with salmon on cream cheese. The fruit was freshly prepared and apparently took long to make. The coffee was quite good. Generally friendly staff, also English speaking (enough to understand you) and the place has its own, strongly 50s movies inspired charm.

This place is a gem!!! My girlfriends and I rented an apartment across the street and stumbled upon this cafe on our last day in Barce. This place is lovely. We went there for a late breakfast and asked to sit outdoors (so that we can people watch). The waiter greeted us and realized that we spoke English so he brought out the owner to help us order. The owner was sooooooo sweet and helpful!!!! We ordered off of the prix fixe breakfast menu. We ended ordering toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, cafe with milk and churros. All for 8 euros per person!! Sooooooo reasonable. We also ordered hot chocolate to dip our churros in. Lovely!!!!! The final bill was 20 Euros!!!! The manger was soooo sweet. She complimented us and asked to take our photo because we looked sooo glamorous and wanted to post it on facebook. looool. Whenever I go back to Barcelona, I will stop by this cafe (maybe a couple of times) !!

The owner does an amazing job creating a unique cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a great espresso and croissant breakfast, or for desserts. Mostly all regular local customers, so a great spot for people watching.

This place is wonderful. Excellent cappuccinos, free wifi, good food, friendly service, and a full bar with great drinks. We will be coming back here several times this week!

From breakfast, to tea time to dinner to cocktails, all in a cosy ambience and with owners that really care for you. Love this place!
