A popular venue and having finally visited I understand why. Friendly service and a really well curated menu offering a good choice of sweet and savoury options. Admittedly the benchmark isn't high but the Flat White coffee I had was one of the best I've had in Warsaw, it tasted of coffee :) I only had toast but this was cooked and presented nicely and the butter portion perfect in size and taste. The French Toast had the most amazing lemon cream and the bread was so light and fluffy. The baskets and cheese selections other tables had looked great, as did the eggs. Service was friendly and on a day where it isn't 34C outside its a great space to people watch, we hid inside in the shade :) Highly recommended for a breakfast or brunch and judging by all the food delivery riders the takeaway is very popular too. I look forward to visiting again.

Visiting Warsaw, accidentally found this place and loved it. Went there twice. Great vibe, the food was delicious, the prices were great. The salad was my absolute favorite.

My friend suggested this place, and while the ambience is great, the food is mediocre and service is horrible. And so is the orange wine. While the staff are trying to be friendly, they are just clueless and undereducated. Probably due to poor management. Fair prices. But they screwed up the order. And the bill. Ended up paying for the table next to ours, but realized before leaving. Was given the difference in cash. 🤣

Extremely loud place. The food and drinks are on top, the price is cheap and its delicious snack and wine. As for the service, last 2 times i went there it was awesome. And 1 more time i went there the woman was so ignorant about me and my friends as we waited at the doorway for 15 minutes (there was no queue and place full of empty places) we waited that long because of the note at the entrance saying “wait to be guided “. I guess it depends on the person;) but i love this place, its just a bit too noisy

A great place to meet friends for a quick bite and drinks. Inadequate heating, so you have to wear a jacket and hat if you sit near the door during winter. Prices are reasonable

We was here every visit to Warsaw till 2019y and it was the best place for breakfast in Warsaw. Now atmosphere is ruined, food level is terrible. Dear Charlotte, please, make Charlotte great again 😭

This place would be good and comfortable to sit in if the stuff would work and be more pleasant to guests. I used to love this place always felt welcome to come sit and dine. Unfortunately it has changed dramatically. Not only the “stuff ain’t stuffing” but how long can u wait for someone to come to you when u want to place an order? Whats the point of dining in when u have to stand up and catch a waitress bc when you go to register they tell u that waitress is goin to take ur order but that ain’t happening so to place an order u have to come to waitress and u get nasty looks when u disturb the gossiping session and getting laughed at when u do so.

If you find yourself strolling around on an early Sunday afternoon and you are seeking the place brunch location in Warsaw, Charlotte’s is the place for you. The location is situated on a beautiful cultural square where you can spend some time enjoy observing locals, hearing the hustle of bustle of the city in the background and watching beautiful girls pass by. It is interesting to see all the fashion styles of the locals. As far as the restaurant itself, it offers incredible and light plates of food. Your eyes will not believe what you are having until you take the first sip or first bite. The pastries are on par with Paris and the smoked salmon is as exquisite and fresh as the harbor of any Nordic country. Enjoy!
