Wow, I really loved staying here! I was not excited when I saw it was essentially residential apartments with an attached members only sport club. However, I could not have been more wrong. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed using the pool and sauna every morning I was there. I did not eat breakfast but it looked very good. The neighborhood was also lovely - outside of the main tourist areas, which I really enjoyed. I was actually staying in the tower, which had a fantastic rooftop! I never got to the top of the church in town so this was an exciting discovery. I would recommend that anyone stay here that visits. It’s close to train and metro as well. I am glad I did!

We booked a Superior One Bedroom apartment which is in the Garden complex. Amazing apartment, had everything you could ask for. I requested a microwave when booking & it was there when we arrived. Very helpful to have a washer & dryer in the large bathroom which was modern & spacious. The balcony overlooked the beautifully presented large courtyard & we watched lovely sunsets at night. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Apartment very nicely decorated, comfy beds & full kitchen with great quality appliances. Only a 5 minute walk to the Metro or S train stations. Then in 8 minutes you are in Copenhagen city. Trains run very regularly. We loved our stay here. Thanks!

This is a great hotel in a quieter part of Copenhagen. It was perfect for our family of four! Great size two bedroom suite with a kitchen and washer/dryer was a game changer for us. We also loved the access to the swimming pool for the rainy days. We walked everyday to almost every part of Copenhagen from the hotel. 30 minutes walk to the little mermaid, maybe 40 minutes to Nyhavn, 5 minute walk to the train station, so the location was great for us. Don’t miss the breakfast in the mornings — especially the weekend buffet. Five stars! We will stay again for sure.

We checked in early and got our room immediately which was positive. The first surprise was that our room was in a different building, the tower. It is not far, but for breakfast, gym, pool etc you need first to get outdoors which is not convenient. The room was large with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with dining table and a sofa corner. Problem in the bedrooms is that the blinds do not close properly and it doesn’t get dark. It was also to hot in the bedrooms and there is no AC. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. Almost no waterpressure and the bit that comes out spills over the floor. Shower can’t be closed. New towels have to be ordered always at reception. There is no cleaning of the room. Breakfast is only a la carte, some items are included, but for many you have to pay extra. Why??? All of this is something I can live with but not at almost 900€ a night!!!

Everything was great. Nice design. There was no information that the pool is for kids 5 +. I was travelling with younger and we couldn’t go. Nice view from the tarrace. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Fabuleus apartment but no direct service anymore. You have to ask . Servicecleaning is once a week . You have to change your waste bags. You have to ask for new toiletrols. You have to ask for new towels . The years before they changed everything every day . That was service. Now you have to ask everything. The price has gone up and the service has gone down . I wonder how long it takes to Change it again

Amazing view, not many places in the world have this kind of panoramic view. Great service, always kind and helpful Apartments are enormous, beautiful and clean Hotel is 5 minute walk from the metro and fast train that can take you to the city center in a matter of 10 minutes. The only downside is that pool is in another building and breakfast is kind of small, next time I’d eat out.

We stayed in Charlottehaven for three nights while holidaying in Denmark. Our apartment was on the 14th floor of the tower and had absolutely stunning views to the east, south and west over Copenhagen. The tower only has two apartments on each level so, while essentially one large room with a bathroom, the apartment was very spacious, well appointed with excellent Danish design. We noticed no noise at all from outside, despite a train line running close by. Check in was efficient. We really didn’t need to use any of the facility’s services, which includes a huge gym, as the Nordhavn precinct is very close by with ample selection of supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. The kitchen is sufficiently functional that you can prepare your own meal, especially with supermarkets nearby, which is a delight when travelling. This is not really a tourist area and it is interesting to see the locals go about their daily lives. There is a train station and Metro station very close by so access to tourist spots is easy on the very efficient public transport system. Highly recommended.
