"Charlottehaven is located on Østerbro in Copenhagen and has large hotel suites and fully furnished, serviced apartments. This hotel has a cafe, well-equipped gym and pool. There is free wi-fi and the option to purchase additional parking. Charlottehaven's hotel apartments in The Garden have their own balcony, large bathroom and complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher and tea and coffee facilities, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The Tower consists of beautiful hotel suites, which are furnished with Danish design from HAY, &tradition, Gubi and Arne Jacobsen. All suites have an open floor plan, large bay windows and a cool atmosphere. Kitchen is not included in the Tower. The on-site café, open for breakfast and lunch on weekdays and brunch on weekends, serves a wide selection of modern dishes. When the weather is warm, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a refreshing smoothie out on the terrace or in the garden. You can rent bikes on site, and central Copenhagen can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. I travel to Europe 3 months per year - all over Scandinavia. This is my favourite hotel by a long shot. It's fantastic in every way. Although expensive. Highly recommend the tower if you can get it. Floors over the 7th floor have amazing views. If you are in Copenhagen for an extended time, it's especially great due to the kitchens and living spaces in your room. Sunday brunch is so good. This is a second home to me. Observation deck on 16th floor is an amazing spot to hang out and have a drink.

Great location in easy walking to the public transport. The views are wonderful from the large windows. Plenty of options for eating and supermarkets nearby too. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The washer dryer was a great addition. We would stay again

We booked a Superior One Bedroom apartment which is in the Garden complex. Amazing apartment, had everything you could ask for. I requested a microwave when booking & it was there when we arrived. Very helpful to have a washer & dryer in the large bathroom which was modern & spacious. The balcony overlooked the beautifully presented large courtyard & we watched lovely sunsets at night. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Apartment very nicely decorated, comfy beds & full kitchen with great quality appliances. Only a 5 minute walk to the Metro or S train stations. Then in 8 minutes you are in Copenhagen city. Trains run very regularly. We loved our stay here. Thanks!

This is a great hotel in a quieter part of Copenhagen. It was perfect for our family of four! Great size two bedroom suite with a kitchen and washer/dryer was a game changer for us. We also loved the access to the swimming pool for the rainy days. We walked everyday to almost every part of Copenhagen from the hotel. 30 minutes walk to the little mermaid, maybe 40 minutes to Nyhavn, 5 minute walk to the train station, so the location was great for us. Don’t miss the breakfast in the mornings — especially the weekend buffet. Five stars! We will stay again for sure.

Wow, I really loved staying here! I was not excited when I saw it was essentially residential apartments with an attached members only sport club. However, I could not have been more wrong. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed using the pool and sauna every morning I was there. I did not eat breakfast but it looked very good. The neighborhood was also lovely - outside of the main tourist areas, which I really enjoyed. I was actually staying in the tower, which had a fantastic rooftop! I never got to the top of the church in town so this was an exciting discovery. I would recommend that anyone stay here that visits. It’s close to train and metro as well. I am glad I did!

This apartment hotel was great. Staff is friendly and helpful, apartment was great (just as the images described ours, the Superior One Bed 60 m2).||We travelled with a toddler and still everything was flawless. The crib provided was a travel bed with net walls. Diapers dispenser was also provided along with a bath kit (they have thought of every thing!).||Kitchen has everything you need and there's a super market 3 minutes away, just around the corner. ||Walk to metro is about 5 min. A tip, we took the boat to Orientkaj st. and walked to the hotel due to perfect weather, took about 10-15 min. This boat can take you to Reffen in about 15-20 min.||Very clean, great interior and we could not hear any one of our neighbors. ||Molton Brown care products says a lot.||We will stay here again!

Lovely apartment, very comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.Location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and a supermarket just across the apartment. SBahn and metro are also walking distance. We had no issues using our Copenhagen card to move around and travel to the city centre.We also took a stroll to the park with the Little Mermaid statue. The weather was perfect in June.Would be better if the washing machine came with dryer function. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Thank you and we’ll be back!

Apartments with danish design interior. Good kitchen and bathroom. Very clean apartment! Good firm beds, and lots of space for clothes.||There are a nice inside swimming pool(20m) and training center that is very good equipped. |Will be back!

We recently stayed here for a visit to Copenhagen for about 2 weeks and we were only supposed to stay a week but immediately loved Copenhagen and Charottehaven so much we cancelled another booking and extended our stay. This is a great place if you want the benefits of both a hotel and an apartment - perfect for a vacation with younger kids or as a family. We were able to keep the fridge stocked with yogurt for the kids and wash their laundry, but also still had many benefits and amenities of a hotel. The gym and courtyard are lovely and the location is great- close to metro, quieter neighborhood, and close to several markets and parks. Wish I'd taken more photos of apartment but it looked just like the website. Pros: great service, lovely apartments, nice facilities, good location. Good for families. Head over to Juno the Bakery, worth the wait and line goes fast. Then eat your baked goods at the playground across the street! Perfect start to the day with little kids, then bring them right on the metro to explore! Cons: price point could be high, but it was a good value so tbh no real cons.

We picked an upgraded room in one of the towers. They gave us the corner room which looked just like the photo. A rare case of the photo being accurate and maybe the location and digs even better. Staff was courteous and helpful best taxis and offering instruction of how to get around. Excellent lodging and we definitely come back. Food on site. Only Negative is that it's not walking distance to the city center, although we were embarking on a cruise and this was very convenient. Great choice

SOOOO accomadating. They even call to tell you it's going to rain and you might wanna close your balcony door. 3AM? Need a wake up call for 4AM? No problem! They're awake all night anyways. Checking out one day, need them to hold your bicycle for another 3 weeks? Sure! I mean, I don't know who or what they're charging since I don't foot the bill, but damn, I love it.
