Late getting around to reviewing my summer vacation, but this place was the greatest. We stayed in the Milton room which was down a hallway, offering a bit more privacy. The bathroom is a separate room ( not a shared bathroom, just outside the bedroom in the hallway).|The bed and bedding were really comfortable ( and it's a really tall bed!).|The room has all kinds of the newest gadgets--- Alexa thing , smart TV, and the most incredible fan I've seen ( very expensive Dyson if I'm remembering correctly). The bathroom is also fantastic: great towels, plenty of hot water, blasting shower pressure, full sink and mirror etc... |The decor is very charming and everything is super clean.|Randy cooks these insanely great breakfasts too- tons of food. Best breakfast I've seen in any b and b and it's not even close. Walking distance to everything you'd want to experience downtown. Also there's a patio off the Milton room. Randy has a great staff that helps out too. |Really can't say enough how fabulous this place was.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlotte Rose Inn. Beautifully and tastefully appointed, the room and bath were sparkling clean. We also appreciated having our refrigerator. Randy is an excellent cook, and the breakfasts were amazing! He also saw that my food was gluten-free, which was most appreciated. The inn is also centrally located and within walking distance of the downtown and park areas. My husband especially appreciated the homemade cookies put out every afternoon. A real treat!

WOW - what a special place! This inn is one of the most outstanding I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in anywhere, and my daughter and I happily spent 3 wonderful nights there. All the spaces are gorgeously curated, and both the well-appointed individual rooms and public areas are a feast for the eyes. Randy is an exceptional host, ably assisted by lovely Kelly, and between them, not a single detail is overlooked. Randy is a superb chef, and his sumptuous breakfasts were truly incredible - they carried us through most of the day. And then on our return, either late afternoon or evening, there were always luscious baked goods available in the dining room. A huge plus is that the inn is also within easy walking distance of pretty much everything, making it the PERFECT place to stay when visiting Charlottetown!!

Absolute delight! The hosts were 100% helpful, even packing us a delicious breakfast to go. Location is just a few blocks from historic downtown shopping and dining. Free Parking is on street in front of inn. Clean, comfortable and quaint. Coffee service in room.

We recently visited the Charlotte Rose Inn for a 3 night stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the room and amenities. It was tastefully decorated and had plenty of room for our luggage and belongings. The room is well appointed with beautiful soap, robe, slippers, fridge and coffee making facilities, even a milk frother. They thought of everything. Breakfasts were abundant and delicious, starting with yogurt, fruit, scones, pastries and ending with a personally selected meal from a menu that changes daily. Randy is an excellent cook and the meals were beautifully presented with local fresh fruits and vegetables. Kelly made our stay memorable, she was always available to answer any questions or assist with anything we asked. |It is a fantastic place to stay and made our stay in Charlottetown a memorable one.

This is simply superb- charming hosts and the rooms are just delightful. Breakfasts amazing. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay and worth coming to PEI just to stay here. By far the best B&B of the six in our trip. Very central too for restaurants harbour etc

Randy was a delightful host, and the two young ladies who assisted were charming. Our room wanted for nothing and our bathroom was nice and roomy. The little desserts he put out every day, made by himself, were delicious. great breakfasts and he was very helpful to 2 not very agile seniors.

Yelp
My partner and I stayed here with our friend on our trip to PEI. We stayed in the Loft which was a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a true home away from home with a private entrance, kitchen (with stove, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and all of the fixings) and living room. They gave us a couple of bags of chips and coffee as well. The apartment also included an assortment of games and beach towels we could use. I love that they are as eco-friendly as possible, with marked containers for recycling, housekeeping every 3 days, and refillable soap containers. The location is a short walk from all of the restaurants, shops and water front. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Yelp
Had I known there were no other photos, I would've taken a bunch. This place is wonderful! The location is perfect, a short walk to the waterfront and Victoria Row & Queen Street. They built a outdoor patio area which was prefect to relax and enjoy the sun before heading out to dinner. Our room was the Jacque Cartier room. Super comfortable queen size bed and linens. The bathroom has a shower claw foot tub. Dee and Chris are great innkeepers. The food here is delicious as well, with breakfast included with our stay. Selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, inn-baked scones, and two hot breakfast options. There also make French pressed coffee, which if you been around PEI, you know there are extremely limited good coffee options. Definitely staying on all our PEI visits.

Yelp
The Charlotte's Rose Inn was the highlight of our recent trip to Charlottetown, PEI. It was a beautiful Inn with wonderful inn-keepers. Breakfasts were prepared with local, organic ingredients and there was lots to do in the immediate area. We look forward to visiting again when we return to the island. 5 stars!

Yelp
As the other reviewers have written, this is a most amazing B and B. The hosts are extraordinarily friendly , helpful, and generous. The breakfasts are gourmet experiences with varied menus daily. Dee is a very talents chef and baker. She daily bakes pies , scones and other wonderful treats for her guests to have whoever they want with French press coffee or tea. The house is beautiful , our room was lovely and comfortable and there were generous amounts of amenities in the room. Every sort of guest need seems to have been anticipated in advance We were sorry to have to leave after 5 nights!

Yelp
This place is amazing. If you are looking for a room to stay in Charlottetown, look no further -- this is your place! I was looking for a room for Canada Day that was in Charlottetown and was lucky enough to snag the last room. Very convenient location -- only a few blocks away from everything! Upon our arrival we were greeted with fresh apple pie, homemade croissants, scones and an assortment of cookies, as well as teas and coffee. We were in the Lucy Maud Montgomery room (two twin beds). The room itself was very comfortable and very well kept. Modern bathroom attached with all of the creature comforts. They even had chairs that we could borrow when we went out to watch the fireworks at Victoria Park (only 2 blocks away). Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Dee and Chris were the perfect hosts -- warm, personable, great stories and great recommendations for the area. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
