Charm Nature

This was our fifth time at Charm Nature — and we’re absolutely obsessed. The space is a true sanctuary, thoughtfully designed and completely wrapped in natural cork, which gives it a warm, calming feel that’s unlike anywhere else. Every visit feels like a deep breath. The rooms are beautiful, the surroundings peaceful, and there’s a quiet magic in the air. A place that truly lives up to its name — charming, natural, and unforgettable.

BEST HOTEL in the area. The beds are the most comfy of any hotel I've stayed in, a fire place inside the room (really creates a vibe), they have fresh squeezed juice each morning, and the staff is BEYOND lovely. I can't say enough good things about this place. I live in Lisbon and keep coming back every quarter. Spending a day by the oceanfront pool and night in the big bathtub recharges my battery.

Nature Charm is a beautiful hotel on a hill with a great view of the sea. The place is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the whole hotel feels peaceful. The staff are amazing – so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sintra!

From the moment I arrived, the staff (especially Jason) made me feel like family, kind, graceful, and genuinely radiant. Their warmth set the tone for a weekend that felt like stepping into a secret slice of paradise. The energy of the place is something you don’t just see, you feel. Every detail, every breeze, every sunbeam on the pool deck whispered: you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. The food? Divine. Every bite was thoughtful, vibrant, and full of love. I’m still thinking about it (and probably always will be). And the pool deck, sun-soaked bliss. Plush loungers, stunning views, and a breeze that knows how to flirt. I’ve stayed at Charm Nature twice and can’t wait to return. The deck and pool area are dreamy, with beautiful views and a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere. The staff are warm and accommodating, and I loved the use of natural materials throughout the property—it really lives up to its name. It’s also a perfect base for exploring the area, from the magical forests and palaces of Sintra to the lively energy of Cascais, with stunning beaches and ocean views all along the way. A truly special spot!

My favorite resort in all of Portugal!!! Beautiful views and charming romantic setting. Staff are so kind and helpful and make you feel at home. Great location for exploring Sintra and the Sintra beaches as well as Lisbon.

I'm usually not one to leave a negative review, but I feel the need to warn people away from this hotel. Our original room smelled strongly of mildew, so we upgraded to a deluxe room - which was even worse. The bedding was damp, all the way down to the mattress itself. We requested new sheets and towels, which were also damp. Went to take a shower, but the shower drain was clogged and flooded the floor. There's no cleaning staff onsite, and there's incessant construction across the street. We checked out after less than one hour, and found a last-minute Airbnb in the area (which was *actually* charming, by the way). But we're still waiting for our refund three weeks later. Even worse, they actually doubled charged us! This might be the worst place I've ever stayed (though we didn't end up staying), and I'm very comfortable in rugged accommodations. I'd take a youth hostel over this any day - at least they wouldn't charge me $610 and drag their feet on making it right.

Charm Nature is one of those rare places you keep returning to — we’re already on our fifth visit. Every detail here feels intentional, from the cork-covered architecture to the serene landscape that surrounds it. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and held with care. Whether you’re resting, creating, or simply being, there’s a quiet elegance that makes this space feel like home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something truly special.
