This has to be one of my all time favorite hotels! It was so charming and delightful! The service was wonderful and I LOVED the breakfast. Not only was the buffet AMPLE, but it was delicious and had everything one could want. They even had a cheese platter with avocado and sprinkled with chopped pistachios! I could order omelettes as well. But the equally fantastic part was being able to eat breakfast outside looking out at the water.

What a wonderful treat to stay here. The location was excellent and the views were amazing. we loved the staff- very attentive and welcoming. our room was very comfortable. The manager, Francesco was very helpful with directions and recommendations. While there, be sure to ask about the history...fascinating. I have attached some pictures of some of the artwork around the hotel. We highly recommend to Siracusa and a stay at the hotel!!

We absolutely love this hotel. It was a little tricky getting to the hotel as we were driving by car, but the hotel did provide directions via an email that directed us to a parking lot very near the hotel and they offered valet parking for €30. The staff that greeted us were beyond friendly. They explained the hotel. Provided us with a map of all of the key attractions in Ortegia, recommended a dinner location, as well as booked our reservation. They were beyond helpful and insanely nice. Our reservation came with wine in our room, several drinks in our mini fridge that were included a welcome drink and breakfast. When we asked what the welcome drink included, we were pretty much told that we could come up with anything we wanted from their extremely well stocked bar. Breakfast was exceptional with all sorts of eggs, quiche, meats, and cheeses, olives, baked goods, etc. And of course juice and coffee. Welcome drinks and breakfast could be taken out on the outdoor patio that is covered with grapevines overlooking the water. Simply beautiful! Plus this hotel is centrally located and walkable to everything on this lovely island.||The only downside - because of the age of this building, the bathroom has no window and is extremely dark. Would love to have had at least a brighter light in there.||Otherwise. Cannot say enough good things about this lovely boutique hotel. Thank you for making this. Such a wonderful experience for us!

Had a wonderful stay at the Henry House for our honeymoon. The rooms were quant, clean, and good looking. It is in a great location too. The hosts were super accommodating and so so helpful. They answered all our questions and gave us great advice for the city. We loved sitting on the patio to eat breakfast (which was delicious) and watch the sunset with a tall glass of wine. The only issue we had was the shower - ours didn’t get warm, but the hosts were kind enough to let us switch rooms immediately. In the second room, the shower handle fell off and hit my husband in the head. If you’re careful in the showers, this place is perfect! We will definitely be returning and staying here again in the future.

Very cute and cozy hotel. Location is excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of good recommendations. Beautiful sea views from the terrace. Ortigia is quite charming and we were glad to stay there rather than Syracuse.

We had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The stand outs for us were the staff service they always went above and beyond to help us and the breakfast buffet, it was the best I’ve ever had. Location was fantastic walking distance to swimming spots, many restaurants and beautiful sites. Only downsides for me were the beds were a bit too high and a little stiff and the shower was tiny and leaked. The hotel is filled with antiques so it has older items which can be broken or a little damaged.

Absolutely great hotel. Rooms charming and comfortable with old world charm. Fantastic breakfast and excellent coffee. Staff and service was flawless. Great position on the water - lots of eateries and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

This place is tough to review. The staff was super friendly and professional. They were most helpful in dealing with the scheduling of pickup and dropoff of our rental car in the tightly packed and controlled historic area. The highlight of our three nights there were the breakfasts, which were probably the best we had In Sicily, and that’s saying a lot. The downside of this hotel was the state of the room, especially considering the high price. We had a sea view, but it was above a super noisy outdoor bar and cafe. There were no screens on the windows and the business below attracted a lot of flies. The room itself was oddly dark and especially so at night since there wasn’t enough lighting. What little furniture was in the room was cheap, old, and worn. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, dark, and smelled bad. Hotel slippers were provided and we kept them on while in the room because the floor was so dirty. Siracusa is wonderful, but we will not be staying here next time.
