I honestly wish I could provide 5* plus. The service from start to finish was exceptional. It is truly a family run hotel and they were so welcoming of our family. The atmosphere was bliss and we had the most amazing stay with you. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and there was thoughtfulness at every point of our holiday with you. The panoramic pool is amazing, the free bus pass to get around, bike hire, robes and towels in a bag to carry to the pool - thank you! I cannot recommend highly enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Charme Hotel Uhrerhof in Bulla. In less than 10 minutes by bus, we left the hustle and bustle of Ortisei and arrived at this beautifully furnished and decorated chalet-like hotel where every detail has been carefully considered. The Zimmer family provides top notch professional and gracious service with a smile. Our stay included an excellent breakfast with hot and cold dishes. Each evening we were served a delicious 5-course dinner - one of the highlights of our stay! It was fun having the Zimmer’s son play the accordion for us one night while we had dessert. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom had a shower and large soaking tub. After a day of hiking, we thoroughly enjoyed returning to Uhrerhof to relax in the stunning infinity pool and sauna and to sip on a cocktail in a common living room. We have stayed at a lot of very nice boutique hotels and inns, and Charme Hotel Uhrerhof Deur ranks as one of our favorites!

Absolutely stunning views, incredible pool and sauna services (not full spa) but very relaxing. Run by a wonderful family and includes breakfast and dinner often several course meals. Definitely more of a relaxation place than a party vibe. Very close to Ortesei so that you can hike or mountain bike the Dolomites with a short drive or bus ride into town

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. It is probably our favorite hotel of all time! The only thing better than the charming hotel and beautiful surrounding grounds is the Zemmer-Mayrhofer family who own and run it! They were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, large and very clean. The service and food were also impeccable. Our only two regrets are that we did not stay longer and were not able to see the amazing Rose Garden in full bloom during the summer. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much Zemmer-Mayrhofer family and we will see you again soon!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by everything, the hotel itself, the perfect location, the incredibly kind and professional staff, the delicious food, and our beautiful room with an amazing view. The entire hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated. Every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt that everything had been thought through with care. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming. We have absolutely no complaints, everything was simply perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

5/5 experience! Came to Italy with a group of friends for two weeks and the four nights we stayed at Charme Hotel Uhrerhof were our absolute favorite! For the rest of the trip, we wished we were back at this hotel enjoying the wonderful hospitality, the amazing spa facilities, the beautiful grounds and views, the comfortable rooms, and the delicious food. ||The hotel is tucked up above Ortisei in the small village of Bulla and the views from the infinity pool, the panoramic sauna, and even our room window were stunning! The bus stop was a short walk (less than 5 minutes) down the road and was super convenient to catch into town (and free thanks to the Val Gardena bus pass!). We alternated our days between hiking some of the iconic Dolomites trails in the region and relaxing at the hotel/spa. The facilities were spotless, well appointed, and very comfortable, whether you wanted to take a dip in the pool, relax and read on one of the lounging chairs/beds, or try out the sauna. We didn't end up booking any of the additional spa activities (bio sauna, etc.) because we were so satisfied with what was already available, but I'm sure those would have been just as wonderful. ||We took the option of half-board as a group and in addition to plentiful breakfast options (including made to order eggs and a fresh juicer!), each dinner was truly an amazing experience. Several courses including salads and a new soup every night. One of our friends had a dietary restriction and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel posts each menu in the morning and you can opt-out if you choose to dine elsewhere, but we never did! One of the nights we were doing a wine tour about an hour away that overlapped with the dinner time and we asked in the morning if we could be a little late and they were able to accommodate us! We could have easily eaten elsewhere, but we didn't want to!||All of the staff and family members that run the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They even took note that it was my birthday during our stay and gave me a lovely note and small take-away gift at breakfast. Little details like that definitely set apart Charme Hotel Uhrerhof and made our stay that much better. ||If/when I come back through the region, I will definitely been staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else! Perfecto!

My wife and I spent four unforgettable nights at Charme Hotel Uhrerhof during our two-week Italy adventure, and it instantly became one of the most welcoming places we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we walked through the door, Dunia Zemmer made us feel like family, and that warmth carried through every part of our stay.|The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly peaceful—a true mountain spa retreat. After long hikes with Val Gardena Active guides, we would return for a swim in the infinity pool, a drink by the water, and a nap in the spa before dinner. With Hotel Uhrerhof being a partner hotel of the Val Gardena Active program, it entitles you to free or discounted hikes and a free bus pass for the duration of your stay. We chose the half board option, and both meals were standouts. Breakfast offered a generous buffet and eggs to order, while dinner was an extraordinary 5–6 course feast—fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced—that rivaled fine dining restaurants. Local wines were well priced, and the regional beer was excellent. Every staff encounter was warm, friendly, and helpful, and the German/Austrian dining tradition of greeting the room only added to the charm—it truly felt like stepping into an extended family dining room. And then the view: waking up each morning to the Dolomites and the village of Ortisei below was pure magic.|Thank you, Dunia and team, for making our anniversary stay so special. My partner and I loved staying here - the wellness spa and sauna were magical and therapeutic. The rosarium and dinner/breakfast were also some of our favorite highlights. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!
