Dear Charmkrung,
Regarding the points you mentioned:
1) If this is what you call “proper fine dining,” I’d love to know why guests need to run to the cashier to order while staff ignore raised hands. Also, charging 80 THB per person for so-called “free water” is certainly a creative concept.
2) We informed you well in advance that it was a birthday celebration—yet somehow celebration here means no photos, no conversation, and being tucked away in the corner. Ironically, other guests wished me happy birthday more warmly than your team did (with the exception of the kind waiter who helped with photos and the candle—thank you).
3) Small plates, overly salty dishes, and average food hardly justify your premium pricing. I spent money here, offered honest feedback, and in return received an arrogant reply. Truly a memorable experience — regarding your suggestion, I also hope you improve for the sake of your future guests.
—————— UPDATE —————-
I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with friends, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience.
First, food portions were very small, the taste was just average, and most dishes were overly salty.
Second, the service was even worse—staff seemed
too busy to take care of us, and I had to look around just to find someone to help me order food and water. Every single bottle of water was charged separately (which is ridiculous), and on top of that, they added a 10% service fee.
☹️Expensive, poor service, and overall a bad experience. Definitely not coming back.
