Mary Ellen was a great server. Courteous, resourceful and knew the menu. Gave us many recommendations and also allowed us to have quality time conversating while still checking on and make sure all of our needs were met. She was one of a kind. That's all we had left after having appetizers, salad, entree and dessert.

Amazing. we decided to come here for date night and was highly impressed. The food was great, our server was welcoming and informative, + the ambience was also nice. 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back.

We love this place! MaryEllen was an amazing waitress! We just went for my husbands birthday and they made it so special! they even wrote him a birthday card and everyone signed it 🥰 we got the ribeyes which are SO good. my husband got the mashed potatoes and asparagus and his plate was cleared! I got the mushroom risotto and crispy Brussels as a side and they are literally the best sides, I love them. The apple crisp was a yummy dessert as well! We’ve also came here for lunch before and their pizza is also amazing!

Abby was an amazing host this evening. She made recommendations that were spot on and checked in timely. She was kind, patient and cheerful. Matt, John, Will, and Deena are also amazing and some of our favorites 🥰Charred is a staple in our date days and night. The entire establishment is amazing and the food is delicious cant forget the Chefs😊. Charred does not disappoint EVER and weve been known to come once a week😅Thanks for being Amazing!

My husband and I spent out Valentine's Day at Charred/Swift Creek. This was our first time visiting this restaurant so we were excited to have this new culinary experience. We enjoyed the food, ambiance, and staff. Our server was excellent and friendly. The manager checked on us and gave me a pink carnation. The food was so good. And the Strawberry Beignet dessert should be a permanent fixture on the menu! We can't wait to go back for more!

By far the Best of the two Charred locations here - it is not even close. The Crispy brussels, burgers, and toasted ravioli are amazing. They also have a really wild smoked old fashion with their unique Three Crosses whiskey. The bacon cheese fries are amazing (ask for it). The sangria is great as well. Ask for Kyndal.

Fantastic food and great service. $3 beer, $5 cocktails at happy hour³! A huge asset to the area and remarkable consistency.

Our order wasn’t perfect, but the manager, Mitchell, completely turned the experience around. He gave us the choice of a refund, a remake, or to personally deliver the corrected food — and then came to our home himself. He even through in a cheesecake for the inconvenience. That kind of care and accountability is rare, and it left us truly impressed. Thank you, Mitchell, for going the extra mile and showing what excellent customer service looks like. We will definitely be back!
