Charu Bay Villas

Wonderful accommodation. We had direct access to the sea, in the afternoon when the sea recedes at low tide you have a small beach to yourself. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The host was very nice and helpful.

I stayed the for a week in the garden bungalow, fully equipped even with a kitchen. That place also has a stunning Villa most suitable for family and a romantic Seaview modern style Cottage. All in all it was topped by the attentive host and service staff to made my stay highly comfortable. You won’t regret to stay there during your exploration of the island.

Fully recommended for both Thai people and foreigner. It is nice place to stay, million dollar view, hundred baht food. The owner is nice and take a good care of guests.

Stayed at the beach front villa. The house is incredible. I could have spent the entire vacation just sitting on the balcony watching the sea sunrise to sunset in the breeze. It is relatively expensive but you do get a unique setting. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked quite a few meals. Two things to note - there is a deposit that you need to provide on checkin. Also do plan on renting a vehicle as you'll need it for almost any excursion. One final note is that the staff was very helpful - laundry, booking trips, and any questions.

My family stayed at Charu Bay for four nights and we loved it ! We got a chance to stay at their two bedrooms villa and also the front beach main villa which might be a bit too big for 3 of us :). Both houses are well equipped. We did some cooking there as well even though the location is very good to get around to and get some local or international food. The house is cozy and clean. We loved having our first coffee at the beach front with the nice morning breeze. The staff is friendly and you could easily ask her if you need help with the transportation or recommendation. We would definitely go back to Charu Bay Villa and we already spread the word about this gem of Phagnan to all our beachbum friends.

My family and I went to Charu Bay 4 times now. Every time was amazing! The house is beautiful, right next to the beach and sunset side. The owners is so lovely allow us to do bonfire with marshmallows in the night quick one. Kitchen has everything, swimming pool a little bit warm but we are in Thailand.. come on! You can swim and chill out in the sea as well depends on the season, sometimes the tide was down, I see many people do paddle board and kayaking. Location is great close to Big C and walk distance if you fancy breakfast next door or cafe and coffee on the main road. Overall I have nothing to complain, i highly recommend this place for your next time to Koh Pha-ngan.. 5 stars indeed**

We booked for 3 nights and supposed to check in on full moon party day. We had a hard time initially finding it but eventually did. When we got there was no one around, we waited for 30 min until making a phone call. The lady who answered told us there was a booking mistake and all rooms were unavailable even though we had confirmations from agoda. We tried looking for another place to stay which is nearly impossible on the eve of full moon party. We were sitting with all our luggage in heat desperately trying to find new accomodation and trying to get answers why our accomodation was never canceled on agoda. The lady we talked to on the phone came out of one of the rooms and started giving us attitude and telling us to get off property because we weren't guests. She threatened to call the police if we don't move immediately, with all our luggage and no where to go. I've never had a worse experience in all of S.E Asia and this lady was the worst person I've came across in all my travels. 10/10 would NEVER book with these dishonest unfriendly people.

No care about green spaces, terrible house cleaning (personal rubbish of previous gests and excrements on the floor behind the water closet!!), very ill-mannered local host. Near the beach but not well linked to the main road. AC only in the bedrooms. It’s unbelievable that this structure can have good reviews. For same cost I warmly suggest the structure next it, Summer resort, that’s really good!! Previous Airbnb in Samui I gave 5 stars on everything
