Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought several pieces of furniture, including an expensive couch. They completely lowballed the weight of the piece and sent a third party delivery service with incorrect information to our house. Their failure to disclose the correct information and request the appropriate number of delivery people meant that the couch was too heavy for the team. This resulted in a broken window, a broken staircase banister and a hole in our wall. When I raised all these issues with them, no accountability taken, no help with the insurance or anything. The works to fix my home are now costing more than the purchase of the furniture, and I am fully out of pocket. While the furniture is nice, not professional or customer friendly. Shortcuts taken, wrong information provided and no accountability taken. Terrible and wouldn't recommend to anyone

We bought four chairs from Chase and Sorenson and had them reupholstered and restored. The service was great and shipping & delivery were seemless. Highly recommend.

We have bought many pieces of furniture from C&S over the years. The products and service are always top notch, and at very reasonable prices, too. It is incredible that you can furnish a home with high-quality, mid-century furniture that maintains its value over time, at around the same price as identikit pieces from a certain Swedish four-letter megastore.

I have just purchased a beautiful 1960s teak Danish telephone bench from Chase & Sorensen. They were wonderful in arranging a courier service for me and when my bench came they had wrapped it with lots of care. Fantastic service and a piece of furniture I will love for years to come.

Outstanding customer service experience. I purchased a Henning Kjærnulf teak table and Brent made sure to get the table shipped to me in Berlin at a reasonable cost and well on time. The table was carefully packaged and arrived safely. It is in excellent condition. Brent kept me informed of the progress of my order at every step. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

I had a mishap with my order (by no fault of C&S). I was quite upset by this but once I contacted Brent and Dex, they were more than happy to help. Probably the best customer service I have experienced ever. They were polite, friendly and eager to assist. Furthermore, the frame I ordered was beautiful and packaged carefully, It was bought as a gift and the recipient is equally as chuffed. Will definitely be returning for more home bits in the future.
