Rant: I use to have chase until I got robbed at a branch in Brooklyn, ( last year around October) I filed a complaint right after and they immediately returned the money to me. Only to take the money back out 2 weeks later. I filed a police report and had a detective looking into the matter. While this was happening I would come into this branch to cash my checks and get change money for my job. The Manager at this location is EXTREMELY rude and LAZY. She use to give me dirty looks ALL the time because I would never deposit my checks until the matter was cleared regarding the Robbery in Brooklyn. They then closed my account after coming to this branch a few times. Which I found very odd. I now have BOA but I still have to go to Chase to get change money for my place of Employment.( I don't want to be charged to cash money In my own account.... DUH) I normally go to the bank on Canal St (down the street) due to the Horrible customer service they have at this location ( P.S it starts with management.) However, I haven't been inside this branch in a while and because it's closer to my job I decided to go in today. ( 3/08/17) As soon as you walk in, all of these tellers faces are very un- inviting. I was the only person in the business line waiting for them to open a window, which I stood there patiently for roughly over 10 minutes until someone came and stood behind me. I gave an envelope with the company name and address along with the change I needed. For some "reason" they could not find it. Mind you, I go to the other location 3x a week for change and do the same exact thing with NO ISSUES. Why do I always have an issue here? I said no problem and I would go else where. While walking to the other Chase Branch, (which is further and an inconvenience to go to) I called customer service to file a formal complaint on the branch Manager, I explained everything up until now to the customer service representative. While still explaining I walked into the other branch, gave the teller the same envelope, and guess what???? He found the account with no problem, and no need for a manager looking over his shoulder. Which made me LIVID. I walked back to the other location to get a name from the manager that was was "assisting" ( looking over his shoulder and whispering) the young teller.( I've had it with the discrimination from this woman and wants the company to know exactly who it was) I waited in line and when the teller was finished with a CUSTOMER she walked away from the window to avoid me(another one who was present at the first time I was there). I spoke to a banker that just finished up and she was super sweet and helpful unlike her coworkers. When she brought me back to speak to the manager it was the SAME LADY I always have an issue with. At this point I am so angry with how this lady always speaks to me and her service towards me and gave her exactly what she deserved, which was to be put in her place. I asked her why I always have an issue with this branch ESPECIALLY her( MANAGER- SHARLENE TURNER) . I put the envelope on the table and told her I just got change with the same information I gave her and they FOUND IT, so what is her issue with me. She then said "I've never seen you before" which SET ME OFF. I asked for her boss, she would not tell me, I asked for her name, which she Refused to tell me.( I already saw her name tag but was checking to see if she would give it to me freely). So I said " Sharlene Turner, I just got it you bitch." She then told me to leave her store, which I did, but not before yelling "YOU'RE A CUNT" while leaving. Mind you, I am a Customer. I get back to work and guess who calls after her hours at my location to get in contact with my BOSS? Sharlene Turner. Unlike Sharlene, Miss manager. I was POLITE without a condescending tone and told her they do not work at my location.( my co workers have been informed and witnessed her HARASSING me) You cannot tell me the experiences I've had coming into this branch for how as long as I have is not personal. If you "don't know me" or "have never meet me" then why would you look up an account and get the phone number to my place of business? I thought you COULD NOT FIND IT?????????? And then try and get me in trouble because I've had it with your piss poor customer service?? This woman should not be a manager. If Chase cares about its reputation at all. HIGHLY UNCALLED FOR.
