Chat 'N' Chill Beach Bar & Grill

We read you have to try Chat N Chill if you go to Exuma, and we can confirm this is absolutely true. So thankful we went! Great family friendly place with great drinks and food. Our kids loved feeding the stingrays. Freshest conch salad ever. They literally pluck the conch out of the water and harvest it in front of you!

This is our second time coming to Chat N Chill. Such a fun and family friendly atmosphere. Grab a rental boat or a water taxi and head out! Even if they aren’t “open” for food yet you can relax on the beach, play volleyball, swim with the sting ray, etc My children (ages 8 and 5) had such a fun time on the many hanging swings and overall enjoyed the atmosphere of this beach. If you come to the Bahamas you have to check this spot out.

Very friendly atmosphere, praising the great drinks, beautiful beach, and the opportunity to interact with stingrays. This beach bar provides an experience that embodies the spirit of the Bahamas. Perfect place for adults and kids.

Perfect location on the beach. They're only open mainly in the afternoons. They may run out of food a little later in the day so don't be attached to a specific item being on the menu for that day. The prices are probably the best I've seen in the Bahamas. The service is great, very friendly people.

Some of the negative reviews below are hilarious. Anyone who came here expecting fine dining clearly lost their grip on reality. This is a simple beach bar that imports everything in the morning in coolers. It's simple bar food and it's perfectly fine. The beer is cold and the portions were solid. The staff here was incredibly friendly. Keno (sp?) the bartender is funny, helpful, and engaging. The gift shop clerk was also wonderful. The reason you come here is to feed and pet the stingrays. The staff provides you with diced up raw chicken, and the stingrays eat it right out of your hand. If you sit in the water they'll routinely come right up to you to hang out. The beachfront is a little cluttered and the volleyball area wasn't kept up, but hey, it's the off season. Little things. Side note: don't expect the water taxis to show up when they say they will. This has nothing to do with the venue, but it's worth knowing.

Location, location, location. Must visit. Reasonable priced drinks and food on awesome beach. Went back twice. There are a couple water taxi and other ways to get to Stocking island.. Stingrays can be fed.

The vibe here is unmatched, with live music, friendly locals, and fellow travelers all coming together to enjoy the best of island life. One of the highlights was getting to feed and swim with the friendly stingrays that glide gracefully in the shallow waters right off the beach. It was an unforgettable experience that added a unique touch to our visit. The staff at Chat 'N' Chill are super friendly and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time on the island. Whether you're lounging in a hammock, playing a game of volleyball, or just soaking up the sun, you'll feel like you're living the dream. If you're in the Exumas, a visit to Chat 'N' Chill is an absolute must. It's the perfect spot to unwind, make new friends, and soak in the beauty of the Bahamas. I can't wait to come back! What a fun place great food cold beer and mixed drinks... had cheese burger 🍔 and fries excellent prices for the islands took a few days to get a burger they run out early...but good enough to come back ...
