Château Carbonnieux - Grand cru classé de Graves - Pessac Léognan

We had a very interesting, educational tour of the winery. They described the wine making process in good detail as well as giving us an overall history of the château. A bonus was a great collection of ancient French cars and a peek into their cellar with cases from past decades.

Superb. Our first tour when we arrived in the Leognan region. Wonderful tour and even better wines. My wife LOVED the 2023 white. Unforgettable.

We visited this exquisite chateau on 09 May 25 after learning that the wine is suitable for those following a vegan lifestyle and were given a very informative tour by Juliette who had only been there for 3 weeks. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made the tour very interesting, my group learnt so much and we were able to ask questions and take photos. The chateau itself is set in idyllic grounds, well manicured gardens and the depth and detail of the place is impeccable. The wine was also very palatable!

Hands down the best Chateau we have visited while staying in Pessac. We were able to book a tour with one of the owners and it was the highlight of our trip! Merci, Philibert!

We called 2 hours in advance and were more than welcome for a tasting. Guy helping us was knowledgeable and very friendly, even let us taste an extra vintage. Prices are correct too, no special tourist prices here!

Lovely Chateaux with alot of history. Has been in the family for decades. Definitely worth a visit💓

Had a business dinner at the Chateau. Catering and ambiance were amazing and great menu. Before the dinner we got a tour around the wine factory and the wine cellar, where the owners themselves told us all about the hostory of the place and how wine is produced there - it's clear that they have a passion for their business. And of course, the wine itself tasted very good.
