Weird there's no reviews yet. I live here. It's OK. Not terrible. Not great. Apartments have charm of old times. Some old time residents are happy it was cleaned up some years ago. New building on the east side blocks all views. On the south side there's another view blocking building. Laundry room is terrible, machines often break and are barely working when they're fixed plus no place to fold clothes except dirty table with nails sticking out of it. Carpets on stairs are filthy. Mailboxes get broken. Management is OK, Not terrible. Not great. Rent is about comparable to other similar places but NO PARKING, which should reduce the rent, you'd think. No place for bikes. Not rent controlled.
