Carnmore Chateau Marlborough

Very comfortable 2 night stay with welcoming cookie. Parking is all free & onsite plus plenty of street parking outside if needed. The hotel has been renovated with modern colorsteel euro tray roofing and glass balustrading on balconies. The room was very generous with a small kitchen plus sink - handy to fill the jug instead of struggling with bathroom basin. Note that its not a full kitchen as there are no crockery or cutlery. King size bed with plenty of room to fit in a couple of armchairs. Electrical points are handily strategically located. Only gripe was the lack of double glazing where street and cars noise was very evident. Bathroom was a little tight but newly renovated with walk in tiled shower. Restaurant had a 2 for 1 main meal deal over the 2 nights which made dinner very easy for us. Location is great as close to township and access to the vineyard precincts. Very enjoyable & comfortable stay.

We loved our stay at Canmore Chateau Marlborough! From the front desk staff, to the wonderful barista (she makes the best cappuccinos!) to the friendly cleaning staff - all made us feel welcome and supported during our stay. We received an upgrade to our room and wow! What a beautiful room! Plenty of space to spread out and a cute balcony to sit out and enjoy mornings and sunsets! We had such a wonderful stay!

Had a great stay. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was immaculately clean and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Whilst we didn’t use it, the restaurant was highly recommended by a local tour guide.

Had a fantastic stay we were able to get a spring special which was excellent price. The room was great with a kitchen and a very comfortable King size bed. The room was very clean, and the servicing staff were wonderful. As we had a $50 food and beverage package with our room price, we ended up having buffet breakfast the last morning there and it was excellent. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning.

I loved it here!  I was a single traveler, and this was by far the best stay of my 2 weeks in New Zealand.  The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and had a kitchenette.  I tend to over do the adventure on my vacations, but this was my most chill morning on the trip.  The staff is friendly, and as crazy as it sounds, the breakfast was worth it!  I wish I could  have stayed here on the return trip.

We loved the hotel and the rooms which were clean, spacious and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and pillows luxurious. Very good price for this level of comfort and style. The walk in shower was the best. We planned to stay one night, but decided to stay a second night. Great and friendly service from the staff as well.

I stay in Blenheim frequently for work and where possible always try to stay at Chateau Marlborough. The welcome is always exceptional and after so many stays, I am frequently 'welcomed back' and occasionally upgraded too! Rooms are ideal for what I need. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Quench restaurant suits me perfectly with a good menu and occasional 'specials'. Staff are fab in all departments! Keep up the good work team! I'm back next week. last one for 2025!

This hotel is lovely and so centrally located! The breakfast was run by 2 cheerful waitresses - and it was delicious! The hotel is in the town - walking easily everywhere including a beautiful Botanic garden with swans and a playground. However the BEST part of the Carnmore is Silke who greets everyone with a warm smile! She was ready to help give directions, arrange laundry pick up and make some phone calls for reservations! Silke was so special that I am taking the time to write this review! Linda and Clark
